This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

My experience was great because of Hillary my therapist, she is amazing and I don't know what I do without her. This company cares about people and their needs and what's best for them and I would rec... See more
Very professional and friendly representative! However, she did mess up on a pharmacy that was open 24/7. We had to change it after my husband drove there and found it was not open.
Excellent Doctors
Very easy the doctor was fantastic
Oh where do I start it was so lovely to be able to instantly talk to a doctor. I had a sore throat most likely strep and it would have sucked having to wait several days to see my PCP with a razor blade throat! It was a quick call and meds were at the pharmacy ready in less than a hour on a SUNDAY YALL!!!!
I had an AMAZING experience! Dr. Beverly was kind and listened to all of my concerns! He took the time to explain things to me and recommended lifestyle changes to accompany the medical treatment. I felt heard, seen and valued
I have never had therapy and was very nervous. My provider took the lead, listened to me, I didn't feel judged at all, I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
Great experience with the doctor. However, I think it is misleading to show that Teladoc visits are $30 on my benefits and on the costs in my account settings when I have insurance, but then charge me $60 each time for my child having a sore throat.
it was easy to set the appointment same day available and knowledgeable staff and listen to my concerns and gave me options . Did not rush and made sure we addressed everything
Our health concerns were listened to and addressed quickly.
That was the best experience I’ve had with Teladoc. Ty so much for caring about me
Nice and easy process
Dietician is friendly, knowledgeable and a good listener
I received prompt and courteous services. The provider listened patiently and answered all my questions.
A quick reach with doctor share the issue and get a quick reply and medication
Provider was caring and knowledgeable. Service was very prompt - received a call with five minutes of requesting an appointment.
Easy to book, received call right away. I missed the call and was called back quickly. Super simple and smooth. Doctor called in my prescription immediately. Fantastic service. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
I had such a wonderful visit with the service provider today. She provided me with a very clear understanding of my diagnosis as well as a thorough treatment plan. Thank you!
The appointment was easy to schedule and was able to talk to a dr. the same day. The communication prior to the appt was great, the doctor was on time, caring and able to help over the phone by calling in a prescription (I took an at home test and attached a picture of the results to my appointment request.) The appt only cost me $15 and I didn’t have to leave my house or sit in a waiting room with contagious people.
This Is great so far and I’m optimistic about getting better with the things that’s being tough for me And I’m happy that my coach Is patient and understanding so I’m truly grateful for initiating this journey also from the convenience of my home thanks Teladoc ! and also I’m happy for the notifications prior to the sessions
I love it. Appointments are easy to schedule and you can talk to your Dr almost immediately or schedule at your convenience. They listen. It's fast, but you're never rushed. Prescriptions are always immediately sent. When it comes to my mental health treatment, I actually prefer my Dr on here, over the ones I've personally gone to.
