After years of failed diets and feeling like nothing ever stuck, this coaching app has genuinely changed things for me. Instead of cutting out foods or following rigid rules, I’ve learned how nutrition actually works and how to eat the foods I enjoy while staying in a calorie deficit. The app itself is easy to use and up to date, which makes logging food simple rather than a chore. The coaching has helped me build habits I can actually live with. The coaches offer great guidance and support. I’m 61 now and I’m at my lowest weight since my teens — something I never thought I’d be able to say. This isn’t a “diet”, it’s a way of eating I can maintain, and that’s made all the difference.
