Sehr schlecht
Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

In jederlei Hinsicht eine Super App. Sehr gute,herzliche Leute bei Talkpal. Und die App ist extrem SUPERGUT.Es ist eine meiner besondersten Apps. Love always wins !!!
Ich wollte sagen,daß ich vor kurzem festgestellt habe,daß bei Talkpal so supergute,herzliche und wertvolle Menschen arbeiten.Allein dafür gibt es schon mal 6 Punkte. Das Wichtigste ist immer,daß man in guten Händen ist. Aber es geht ja jetzt vorwiegend um die App. Ich muß sagen,daß die App einfach SUPERGUT ist. Sie ist zwar für Anfänger nicht so geeignet.Nur als Hinweis. Ich bin nämlich Advanced.Ich lerne Englisch. Doch die verschiedenen Modi sind genial. Ich habe zwar bisher nur den Chatmodus und den Fotomodus genutzt. Aber beide Modi überzeugen mich zu 100%. Es gibt zwar sehr viele Alternativen auf dem Markt, aber für eine App bzw.mehrere bestimmte Apps muß man sich entscheiden.Die Alternativen sind auch extrem supergut und großartigst.Kein Zweifel .Vielleicht sind manche noch besser und ich weiß darüber nichts.Es gibt so viele AI Apps.Da weiß man nicht,welche man nehmen soll.Die Talkpal App ist zwar erst seit einem Jahr auf dem Markt. Doch sie wächst,glaube ich,rasant. Wenn jetzt noch bestimmte Sachen und Features verbessert werden,ist es für mich die beste Englisch Lern AI App, die man sich wünschen kann.Dann wäre die App perfekt. Jede App von jeder Firma hat einen anderen Ansatz. Die ELSA App z.B. ist auch extrem sinnvoll. Die wollte ich nächstes Jahr nach dem Sommer nochmal neu beginnen. Aber es geht im Moment nichts über die Talkpal App. Die App ist eine der besondersten Apps,die ich im Moment habe. Ausbaufähig ist sie. Sie muß im weiteren Verlauf noch verbessert werden.Dann wäre sie total perfekt,wie oben schon beschrieben. Und in Kombination mit den superguten und herzlichen Leuten bei Talkpal, wünsche ich der App in Zukunft viel Erfolg. Weil:Love always wins!!!!! (Ich empfehle,vor Benutzung der App ,erstmal mit Vokabellernapps anzufangen.Denn für ganz blutige Anfänger ist sie nicht unbedingt geeignet .Ich nutze die Apps von MosaLingua.) Talkpal .I really like you!!!!! Ich muß aber objektiv und fair sein und sagen,daß die zig Alternativen vielleicht genauso gut sind.Man muß sich eben für bestimmte Apps entscheiden. Und dann den Weg mit seiner Auswahl an Apps konsequent gehen. (Anmerk.:nur zugunsten der Fairness !!!!) Hinzugefügt, paar Wochen später: Ich wollte noch etwas dazuschreiben:Weil ich die von Talkpal oben so gelobt habe,von der Menschlichkeit her ,und so. Man darf halt nie zu blauäugig sein. Die App ist,wenn sie noch weiter verbessert wird Superklasse.Also,das ist so. Aber ich hatte zuletzt auch ein Problem mit dem Kundenservice. Man darf ,wie gesagt, nie zu blauäugig sein. Da spielt Gott und die Welt total verrückt;da haben die von Talkpal auch verrückt gespielt. Es arbeiten schon sehr viele nette Leute bei Talkpal. Aber die App ist für 3 Wochen ganz ausgefallen neulich.Da ging es ,um den Wechsel von einem 3 Monats auf eine 1year subscription. Gut war,daß ich das ganze Geld zurückerstattet gekriegt habe und daß die App jetzt auch wieder komplett funktioniert. Das ist gut. Aber,wenn da wirklich alles ,was es gibt,verrückt spielt, und ich habe deswegen auch sehr große Probleme, aber da möchte ich jetzt nicht näher drauf eingehen, dann haben die von Talkpal und auch von dem Talkpal Support, auch 2 Wochen ziemlich verrückt gespielt. Aber jetzt funktioniert wieder alles,und auch die Geldrückerstattung,das war auch o.k.,und ich habe sogar einen Discount gekriegt. Naja,da arbeiten auch gute Leute,aber alles,was es gibt,spielt verrückt, gerade wenn man davon so betroffen ist ,wie ich. Jetzt läuft aber alles wieder wie geschmiert.Gott sei Dank ,und zum Glück.Ich hoffe,daß ich jetzt keine Probleme mehr haben werde mit dem Support. ...Das wollte ich nur noch erwähnen, weil ich auch korrekt sein möchte...

Llevo varios días que cuando accedo a la aplicación con mi usuario. Cuando pasa un rato e introduzco una respuesta de voz, pido valoración de pronunciación o traducir un texto. La aplicación se queda cargando la petición y se bloquea. Compruebo la conexión a internet y otros aspectos del Laptop y todos esta correcto Que puedo hacer? Me han contestado desde el servicio de atención de Talkpal y me han resuelto el problema con mucha celeridad, en un día 05/11/2024 Gracias

Very faulty on the website
Very faulty on the website, problems with mic. Doesn't work in Safari, iffy in Mozilla. Can't seem to go back a step in exercises so the entire module has to begin from the start. Doesn't have a lot of variety, what it has is quite good. User:9z5qcnpns7 (apple)

The app has huge potential and can provide a lot of opportunities to improve language at any level. I even had a problem with an incorrect subscription, but the support was very quick and helpful, offering me a free month trial before considering a new subscription.

Do not use this app
Updated: They agreed to return my money, a very honest company, I'm not studying any language now but in the future I'll get this app just for being honest. Do not use this app! My backpack was stolen with my phone and wallet in it, I was able to recover my bank account details today and get my email back a few days ago, I never received any message from this app on my email. Today I went to buy some food and went into a very embarrassed situation as my credit card didn't had any money on it, I was shocked because I had just paid the bill. Apparently Someone subscribed to this app using my credit card! Be very careful with this! They don't check anything to see if you're the real owner of the card. I contacted my bank and I hope they can resolve this, but I if they don't no one I'll pay this. Scammers!

Do not sign up for free trial, I got charged before the free trial was up, I cancelled the first day of trial. I did email, to which the response was the amount has been refunded - but if I had not checked my statement I would not have know I had been charged. I shouldnt have been charged in the first place The app itself is good, but I came across another app I prefer
