Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

Highly recommended to improve language learning
Having very regularly used Talkpal AI over the past twelve months to support my Welsh language study, I very much recommend this excellent application for anyone wishing to improve a language learning experience. The accuracy in terms of grammar and vocab is very good and the option to choose different level challenges is great for “stretching” learners. Post lesson feedback emails are a good source of reference.

I am from Australia. I Found Talkpal on the Internet.I found it so practical to learn Spanish language. However, I realised I couldn't afford it at that stage of my life.So I decided to leave it for later, assuming that I have unsubscribed.After 2 weeks trial period, I realised I was charged. I contacted the support team of Talkpal and told them my story.To my fully surprise they literally refunded my money.It means a lot to me and I don't know how to thank them.I am sure I will get the app later.

Do not sign up for a trial period
Do not sign up for a trial period. I made this mistake and regretted it. I forgot to cancel my subscription on time, which is my fault. But I have a restriction on online purchases, so the transaction did not go through. But the app has been trying to withdraw funds for 2 months now, which is why I have problems with the bank, with online payments, and with the AppStore itself. I would have already paid the $30, but I was very disappointed with the communication with the company. I corresponded with them by email, and they did not offer me any help (except for the same instruction in the emails on how to unsubscribe, which I had already done, of course) It seems that a bot was just talking to me, not a real person. They ignored my last two emails. Therefore, I do not recommend this app to you. I had a similar situation with another app, and it was resolved in one day. Unfortunately, this did not happen here As for the app itself, almost all the features it offers can be practiced with the free version of ChatGPT. In the end, everyone decides for themselves.

Great interactivity and quality feedback
I’ve completed the Duolingo course in French which was great for building vocabulary and grammar. This app seems to be a natural extension to Duo, with greater opportunities to develop conversational and writing skills. My first impression after about ten sessions is wholly positive. The interactivity of the sessions and the precise feedback are way ahead of what I’d expected and it will surely only get better.
