Sehr schlecht
Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

Funktioniert nicht richtig! Habe 12 Monatsmitgliedschaft Premium abgeschlossen mit 14 Tage testen. Kreditkartenanfrage alles durchgegangen. Heute morgen steht ich bin kein Premium und sollte doch das Angebot annehmen. Das ist eine Frechheit! Da es auch Sprachbefehle nicht richtig erkennt, habe ich es letztendlich komplett gelöscht. Selbst schuld wenn Talkpal kein Geld mit mir verdienen möchte

Tried it for free for 5 mins a day and fell in love!
June 2025 Update: I initially gave this a scathing 1 star review about 6 months ago because the "Free Trial" required a credit card. But recently I looked at it again and now they will give you a truly free account for 5 mins a day with no credit card needed. I tried it for just 2 days and totally fell in love - so I subscribed for 2 years (up front) at a really great price. What I love is that TalkPal actually talks to you and holds a conversation using AI. It listens to me, then it responds and even rates my pronunciation - it's like have your own teacher. Also, my previous complaint about the romanization (of Korean) was wrong because it can easily be switched off. So now, I'm totally recommending TalkPal! It's really great! 5 Stars!

Best Buy Language Learning
I am using TalkPal for my German language practice. For the price, Talkpal is excellent and offers a wide variety of learning modalities and languages. The only think I would like the devs to know is: - that it would be nice to have a more fun UI and features like leader boards and leagues so the whole experience is gamified. - it would be nice to have at least a male and a female voice for each language and different customization options for the teacher AI's look and feel. I support the development of this app and I will remain subscribed for the year.

Talkpal is quick and fair in responding to customer complaints.
I got confused and signed up for a plan that I wasn't really interested in at the time. But when I opened a cancellation request, the team promptly helped me and the amount is being refunded to my credit card. The experience was great!

horrível. tanto no tablet, quanto no computador, não reconhece o audio. o suporte é horrivel e o bot fica lendo asteriscos o tempo todo. enviei vários vídeos e eles não deram a minima, finalizaram sem a devida atenção. odiei, queria meu dinheiro de volta mas eles nao vão devolver. péssimo. o suporte é mentiroso, inventa coisas e age como psicopata, com situações sinicas e imaginárias, inventando e falando que eu não tenho conta ou não pedi reembolso. tudo mentira. a inteligencia artificial é extremamente genérica e a capacidade cognitiva da pessoa do suporte é ainda pior. não queiram essa dor de cabeça pra vocês. tenho mais de 200 emails aqui guardados pra quem quiser ver. não recomendo. existem melhores e mais baratos com suporte digno

Dialogues are fine, and the price is way cheaper However, in comparison to Elsa Speak, the speech recognition is inaccurate. Talkpal system accepts a lot of errors in pronunciation and leads to false convenience of a learner It marks words, not sound, and does not allow to train a specific sound Its benefit, however, is the possibility to practice other languages, I am interested in French There is no Elsa speak for French, unfortunately
