Sehr schlecht
Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

Talkpal has been a favorite app of mine for a while now. I found myself reaching for it more and more as the time goes by. It's a great way to productively spend whatever free time you have on your hands! I've significantly improved my Spanish which makes me so happy. My favorite learning mode is the character mode, which makes the learning process even more interesting. I highly recommend to anyone!

Truly unique experience for language learners
The best thing about Talkpal is that I get to actually use my language skills - not just study it. Situational exercises with AI are so realistic. I've tried many language apps but they all have very determined and primitive content, when in Talkpal you can talk about literally ANYTHING. You can even have a call with your AI tutor - that part blew my mind. 100% recommended for any language learner.

Reimbursement request via email misread and mishandled
I strongly urge TalkPal to resolve an issue regarding my unintended yearly subscription and reimbursement. Initially, I signed up for a brief free trial with TalkPal. Unfortunately, I never received any email notification or reminder when the subscription would automatically renew into a yearly plan. Despite this oversight, I attempted to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. However, due to a technical error, my cancellation request did not go through properly. Consequently, I was charged approximately €90 for a yearly subscription I never intended to activate. On the very same day when the subscription was activated, I promptly contacted TalkPal's support team to clearly request cancellation of the subscription, deletion of my account, and reimbursement of the unintended payment. TalkPal responded by cancelling my subscription and deleting my account, but crucially, they did not handle the reimbursement—the most important aspect of my request. Given that my account has now been deleted and I no longer have access to the service—which I never wanted for a full year—I strongly urge TalkPal to finally address the unresolved reimbursement of approximately €90.
