Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Superb Service

Just recently moved over to Talkhome mobile and I must say what a Superb service it is. The ordered SIM arrived in super quick time. The plans are really good value especially the 1p one. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a good deal. You will certainly not be disappointed.

Few days ago i had switched to Talk…

Few days ago i had switched to Talk home and now i'm really enjoyed it.They are providing their best services.Their support team is also very co operative.Yesterday i was talking with one of agent i this his name was Ahmed and he was very polite to me he described full situation and at the end he added 1GB free for me.Thankuu Guys..You are doing great keep it up
