Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Talk home flexible , friendly and affordable…

Talk home offer flexible and affordable rates with or without contract. Their customer services are always very polite, quick to answer calls and super helpful. Calls to other Talkhome users is free too so I have introduced family members to the service which has proved very useful at times. I tried four other major networks previously and left them because of their sheer greed and lack of support. Once I switched to Talkhome I stayed with them and haven't changed provider for over 10 years now. I fully recommend this company. Keep up the great service guys.

I experianced the TalkHomeMobile' Promiss keeping.

My chat service was perfect and so real, not AI software! He was particularly very polite and professional, knew my problem with the Talk Home Mobile card and so the solution to it. I can now enjoy my phone call to my loved ones.

100% of SCAM!

Reading this reviews that are positive, now I think that they are manipulated and honestly - NOT REAL. I read all the good reviews of that network, and I though that it has to be a good network, but actually it appears it is not. I toped up for 20£, to make mostly international calls, as on their website it says that rates to Poland is 1p per minute, (just like in Lycamobile, but without need for sending this annoying txt once a month to lower your prices), however I started making phone calls to Poland, and guess what? I’ve been not charged 1p per minute but 5p per minute 😂 So I called the CS line at 579, and complained, and actually I was informed that “in order to get the rates displayed on their website, they have to turn them on for me”, and I am like, but on your webside there is no words of taking any of this actions Bla Bla Bla, and actually I was informed that this lower tariff will expire in 30 days, and that in order to keep them like that, I will have to call CS every 30 days so they can turn it on for me, so I pay 1p instead of 5p. I asked if there is no other way to do it, like sending free txt or do it in the app, and I was informed that the only way to do it is to call CS and they will do it, and I am like WHAT?! No way…,,, I want my 20£ back, that is scam, cause on your webside it says 1p (no in order to get 1p you have to call us, other way it’s 5p)😂 guy was trying to convinced me that as I did 2 phone calls and my balance is 19,90 he can’t refund me my 20£, and I told him listen, that is a bit of scam, I top up for 20£ as rates should be 1p no 5p to call Poland, that is scam, and you have to give me my money back, as I am not going to use that service, and call you every 30 days so you can turn on the listed on your webside rates for me, that’s ridiculous 😂😂😂 So the guy told me that he will refound me, and it will take 4/5 working days to get my money back, we will see. I am so pissed off, cause I moved number from other network, and I TRUSTED that this one will be good, and honestly it is a pure scam! Be aware that in order to get international rates listed on their webside you have to call them, other way it’s completely different prices that are listed NOWHERE !!!!!
