Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Adam's support was great

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Amazing customer service!

I spoke to a very helpful and excellent person - Adam, who left no stone unturned in dealing with my query relating to a new sim number. He was swift with helping me and answered all questions providing expert advice! He was a very nice person, easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend his services to everyone I know! Thank you Adam for the help you’d provided, I cannot put into words how helpful you were!

Be aware this is very dodgy company

Be aware this is very dodgy company Be aware this is very dodgy company. I ported my number out last week. Today they charged me for another month!!! When I called customer services few minutes ago they stated that it happened because I didn't cancel the plan!!! 1) I took pac code 2)I ported out 3)I still had chargeable plan!!!? Avoid - they will not respect British telecommunication law. It's just few pennies as this was introduction offer but nevertheless avoid... To trustpilot: i just talked to them on the chat. I have a long printscreen as a proof of their dodgy policy. They don't know what Pac code really is. They demand cancelling the plan before moving the number... I did move my number and I still have the plan.... I complained to ofcom on fraudulent practices of this company and I recommend everyone affected to do the same.

If any customer service advisors are listening please can you contact me. I’m having problems with my porting over, or maybe leave me a contact on this reply it would be greatly appreciated. After getting same response from customer service I too, as many other people have been waiting almost one week with no service after trying to port over my number. Please sort this issue out. I have now pmd you on here my private information Thank you for your reply Ismail. I look forward to hearing from you. I will update on Trustpilot when we get this resolved. Bearing in mind that I have no services at all now. Thanks Ismail. Update 30th August. Thank you so much Ismail, as promised and true to your words my service and port in is now fully restored. I wish all talk home staff were as good and competent as you. I will now because of your help be upgrading my score on Trustpilot. Thanks again Ismail, you are a credit to your company.
