Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Adam's support was great

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Pleasant first experience

The customer service adviser (Adam) understood the problem quickly and gave me instructions to fix the issue on my phone straightaway. This was a pleasant and swift experience. It took about 15 minutes in total and both my outgoing texts and calls were back to working state. Thank you

Great service

Hi Everyone, I had been having trouble with the issue from the beginning, but today when I called, all my problems were resolved. Today contacted Talk Home phone provider and explained to customer service member Hassaan I had no service and he politely and courageously took my relevant data to restore my connection, could not have done it without him. A very polite, effective and professional service I received. Certainly a 5 star treatment from Hassaan. *****

Excellent price and network

Just change SIMs for my wife and myself to Talk Home. The main reason was their use of EE, that has the best signal strength in my area. The SIM cards arrived with a few days. The transfers of the old numbers from the old provide was slow. Could be the process or the old provider of 3. However, now that all is complete the service is great at a very competitive price!

Rubbish network and appalling customer service

Cheap but rubbish. Worked for three weeks the kept dropping calls without connecting. Finally SIM failed to connect at all. Ordered replacement SIM, nothing arrived after ,2 weeks. Called again told SIM would be despatched next day, nothing delivered. Called again and told would send out new SIM then contact CS to transfer over number, two weeks later nothing. Once they have your money it tough luck not bothered at all. Moved from id but regretted it and will move back now
