Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

A+ service.

TalkHome helped with everything from A to Z with my change of provider. From ordering the new Sim to having my original phone number has taken just 3 days! I am more than pleased. Over joyed, that apart from slotting in the new Sim, there was nothing else to do. Was worried I would have to link Sims to transfer all my contacts. No, everything remained in place, numbers, photos, music etc.

Home web site wee bit confusing

I had to activate a SIM and port in a number.The all process wasn't quite free flowing but the chat helpline Adam on the chat helpline was very helpful and I got sorted.

Incredibly Bad and Useless Network!

I've had it for over a month and I can't believe the level of its poor call and Internet connections. I work from home, so I usually use my home WiFi also for calls. But I can't access the Internet and struggle to make calls whenever I go out. Their customer assistant told me to adjust my phone settings. But remained useless. I can't access the Internet from its network as I write this review. It's just unbelievable.
