Very fast and efficient

From first contact with Swyft Energy until completion of boiler installation the whole process was seamless. An inspection and assessment was carried out immediately after our first phone call and the Swyft representative was friendly, informative and helpful. We were promptly contacted with a comprehensive quote and details of the work to be carried out on installation which we were happy to proceed with. A suitable appointment was arranged within days and the installation work was completed the same day with no disruption or inconvenience. The 2 operatives who carried out the installation were professional and tidy and provided us with a comprehensive explanation and detailed instructions for the operation of the new boiler and controls. We are very happy with all of the people we have dealt with in Swyft Energy who were both professional and helpful and we are satisfied that the boiler installation was top quality and value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending Swyft Energy to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Very good experience with Swyft. Very professional and prompt from first enquiry, to on-site assessment, to final installation. Very good level of service throughout. Swyft people were just great to deal with - from pre-sales, site survey, installation and grant management. Excellent, efficient, and always on time. An anomaly did arise, and the Swyft team were very quick to react, resolving the problem remotely and getting things back to normal with no interruption to PV generation. Continuous follow-up from Customer service dept is great! Very skilled team, and all a delight to work with. 100% recommend Swyft!

My installer arrived on time. He completed the work in the proposed timeline and was very helpful in explaining different aspects of the work, both technical and technological - as well as other issues around the house. Tidy, respectful of the property, and very professional.

The Swyft engineers arrived on time. Quality of the work is fantastic, really good pipework and fittings. Super efficient. They also explained everything and made sure I knew how to operate the hive controls. These guys were great - I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Install was good, there was a missing piece that was sold during quoting that was not installed. After pointing this out and a few calls the issue was resolved. Very happy with final install

Swyft Energy made installing solar panels easy. I had been putting off the job for some time because it seemed so hassle-some, but Swyft's team made it a breeze. Not only was the application and installation process great, but the panels themselves are amazing. Their sleek design looks good on the roof. They work perfectly, I have an easy-to-use app to monitor them, and I've been saving money on my electric bill. Swyft were so informative and any question I had was met with so much help. I have to say the only thing I regret about getting the Solar panels is that I didn't get them sooner.
