Good service had no problem with installing

I am happy with the service provided. All went smoothly: assessment, delivery of products, installation, and price. Quick, effective, and accessible.

Can only say good things about Swyft Energy for my solar panel installation. System was installed in short time and no problems whatsoever. They were very flexible with re-scheduling installation on my request and they looked after all paperwork with electricity provider, SEAI and BER assessor. I highly recommend this company.

Swyft Energy were very professional from initial meetings to completion of the project. Everything was explained and discussed with us before any works were started. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly. On day of install all works were carried out to a very high standard. We had 14 Solar panels installed on the roof. Work areas were left tidy and all packaging was taken with the team. All system testing was carried out and Mobile Phone app set up and explained before the workers left our premises. I would, and have, recommended Swyft Energy Solar to friends and family.

From the outset Swyft Energy simplified everything. Killian who arrived first day walked through the whole process with me and made it clear that he wasn’t pushing the system onto us. The installers/fitters were pleasant to deal with and would not hesitate to stop working and explain the process to me. What truly made the whole process easier/helpful was the customer service, I rang them over and over asking questions (maybe foolish questions) but they answered every one and always said to ring any time if I have any query. I would highly recommend Swyft Energy to everyone with their first class customer service

From the easy non pressured sales agent (Chris) to the install team they all worked in sync and led me through the whole process. Chris talked me through everything that I needed and the Swyft team applied for everything I needed for the grant and BER cert. The install Team on site at the exact time they said they would be and we had a pre install meeting which is great. They asked where I would like the equipment and the install was clean and very professionally carried out. I could not be happier. Day 2, I called their support team to get the battery charging at a certain time and they were very efficient I could not say more about how great the whole process went.

We recently got a Solar PV system installed which included panels, inverter, battery and an Eddi Diverter. We are absolutely delighted with the level of customer service and how smooth the installation went. From the original assessment to after the installation, the communication from the office and engineers with any questions we had put our mind at ease. The installers on installation also answered any questions we had, and their work was exceptionally neat and tidy. We would highly recommend Swyft Energy for a Solar PV installation and will consider them for a boiler replacement in due course when needed.

We got 12 solar panels installed with Swyft Energy, along with a hot water diverter. I couldn't be happier with the service. The team told us how the whole process would work from the very start which put out minds at ease very early on. Our assessor, Cian explained everything to us on site and gave us a quote designed for our requirements. We're also delighted with the results so far. We have hot water every morning and the panels have taken a good chunk out of our electricity bills. I'd highly recommend Swyft Energy.

Zero after sales support. Tried to keep continuity and book a Gas boiler service through them,twice. Only to be fobbed off with a promise of a call back which never happened. Got it serviced by a third party only to be told that a magnetic water filter that we paid extra for was poorly installed. Stay the hell away. I do not recommend
