Swyft Energy were excellent from start to finish. From my initial enquiry right through to the final job, swyft energy were so professional. All their staff were courteous and helpfull at all times.
Swyft were fantastic, from the first contact online they contacted me within a few hours, arranged an assessment for a few days ahead and installed the new boiler a week after that. No problems, courteous people, very informative, got the job done in a few hours, great experience. The people I dealt with were Dave, Des and Peter, all three were friendly and to the point of getting boiler installed without any issues. Definitely give Swyft an opportunity to sort out your boiler.

I noticed a minor issue after the team had left and left a message out of office hours. Swyft responded in mins and were onsite the following morning to resolve the issue. Excellent response! The entire process from the survey, sales, scheduling of the installation and the installation process itself, was pretty smooth. Communication during the steps was also clear with very good and professional information provided. The pricing was also very good, just required a bit of negotiation. Would take one point out of the review, but at the end of the day, the problem was myself: my house was built 1 year ago. The sales representative said that the house was not eligible for the grant and it is not indeed, however it will in another year. That last detail was never mentioned and would have saved me about 2K EUR, but the pressure to make the sales this year was greater... My fault for not properly researching that though.

We dealt with a number of companies along the way and were confused and unsure of what steps to take next but Swyft Energy ran through all our options with us in a clear and practical way and we are delighted with the outcome. Our new combi boiler is exactly what we hoped for when we explained what our priorities were. The installers were efficient and friendly and did a great job. The aftercare service is always there to answer any questions when needed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Swyft Energy for my home's solar panel installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They guided me through the entire process, from assessing my energy needs to selecting the right panels for my home. The installation itself was seamless, walked me through understanding the app and they completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail within a few hours. I highly recommend Swyft to anyone considering making the switch to solar! I'm looking to replace my boiler and given this experience I'm going to continue working with them for that now also.

Had solar installation on 15th March 2024. The guys that did the install on the day were friendly, efficient and happy to answer any questions I had for them on the day. The carpenter (I think Jonathan) did a great job of making sure the panels looked well and no cables running across the roof etc. Had to follow up on a few things in the weeks after the install and found Swyft very responsive and had no issues getting through to the customer service department. Gareth the electrician that did the install was excellent and followed up personally on couple of things I needed help with after the commissioning. Very happy with the new system and now enjoying watching the sunny days pushing up the daily yield :) Happy to recommend Swyft Energy.

Great service throughout the whole process from Swyft. The initial quotation was very informative and the installation was very smooth. They arrived early and had the entire system up and running by lunchtime. All questions were answered and everything is working away perfectly now. They did a very tidy and efficient job!
I found Swyft very easy to deal with. People turned up when they said they would, the online portal for pricing information is great, and they were competitive. I'm delighted with the finish of the work. Even on overcast days, we're covering all of our energy needs during the day. It's been a fantastic investment.
Had boiler fitted with Swyft about five years ago. Guys that did the job were there on time, was kept up to date at all times when they would be arriving and if there were any issues. Aftercare has been great, have had no issues with the boiler, service is done once a year. Would recommend highly if looking for new boiler.
Great communication from Swyft Energy throughout the whole process, the 2 electricians that carried out the electrical work were excellent and very helpful. The aftercare support from Swyft Energy has also been very good
