From first contact with Swyft Energy until completion of boiler installation the whole process was seamless. An inspection and assessment was carried out immediately after our first phone call and the Swyft representative was friendly, informative and helpful. We were promptly contacted with a comprehensive quote and details of the work to be carried out on installation which we were happy to proceed with. A suitable appointment was arranged within days and the installation work was completed the same day with no disruption or inconvenience. The 2 operatives who carried out the installation were professional and tidy and provided us with a comprehensive explanation and detailed instructions for the operation of the new boiler and controls. We are very happy with all of the people we have dealt with in Swyft Energy who were both professional and helpful and we are satisfied that the boiler installation was top quality and value for money.
