Efficient service and good quality of installatioj

The Customer Service aspect is truly awful with this company. It is almost impossible to get an answer about anything once they have your money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Swyft Energy to have solar panels installed on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Swyft Energy impressed me with their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to sustainability. Firstly, their customer service (Hamza, & Aoife) was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team at Swyft Energy was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. They took the time to assess my home's energy needs and tailor a solution that was perfect for me. The installation process itself was smooth and efficient. The team of solar panel fitters (Cathal & his lads) arrived on time and completed the installation quickly without any disruption to my daily routine. They were respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy once they were finished. The electricians were lovely lads but they did arrive unannounced and did leave boxes and a mess after them. What truly sets Swyft Energy apart is their dedication to sustainability. Not only do they provide renewable energy solutions like solar panels, but they also prioritise environmental responsibility in everything they do. Their commitment to reducing carbon emissions and promoting clean energy is inspiring and aligns perfectly with my own values. Overall, my experience with Swyft Energy was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make the switch to sustainable energy. Overall Swyft Energy from first phone to the install/ set up.commissioning in a very efficient, experienced, polite , value for money and on schedule of an 18 panel including battery install. I would re commend , no hesitation .Follow up post completion was topr class. Thanks Gf

From the sales team to the engineer my experience with Swyft energy has been great. Very informative, easy to deal with and very polite staff. Every question was answered and the job was completed within a great time frame. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a boiler replacement.

They had an engineer out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and got the problem sorted straight away. Very good customer service.

Very quick from order to installation. Installation in 1 day and works well. App setup and explained on the day. Should have spare tiles/slates or at least silicone sealant in case of broken tiles/slates. Will replace oversized trunking for internal cable to consumer unit.

Swyftenergy installed a new boiler for my mum recently. The installer was extremely professional, friendly and patient and made sure that all her questions were answered.

Completely reliable & trustworthy service - we replaced our combi boiler 2 years ago & used Swyft Energy to carry out the work - we have never regretted that decision!! They fit the boiler and service our boiler every year with no hassle. Highly recommended 🙂
