From the initial set up to the ongoing customer service switchboard free have been great. We need a virtual number for our clients to use and this option fitted our requirements perfectly. Whenever we have an issue help is offered immediately, I would highly recommend this service

Simple to use, for very good value and many features
Had to transfer a BT landline to SwitchboardFREE. All was handled quickly, and very good cost savings. So simple now, that calls can be made or received on both PC and my mobile phone. I like the option of having my own different recorded messages, for different occasions. Easy to swap between the different recordings, as and when required.
