Prices are extortionately high in the first place and then they have the bare-faced greed to ask for an extra 35c for a sachet of barbecue sauce on a €12 single meal. Typical of the owner's attitude.
Supermac's has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

I ordered from their online order and the food took over 90 minutes to arrive the driver drove miles past our house to deliver another order first even though we are only 8 minutes from the restaurant and I had to reheat my food in order to eat it, it barely edible when hot its far worse when cold
supermacs don’t care about the customer missing items and spilled drinks in a delivery order no chance of them Making good on it don’t care about the customer the Ryanair of fast food.
I always eat TheLuxe Roll, but today I didn't like it. I found the sandwich ready and wrapped in aluminum foil and cold. The bread was wet from the internal heat and became completely rubbery. I am making this comment with the aim of helping you because I think that every customer who feels the same way I felt will not buy from this pre-made system again.

Absolutely gone to the dogs, was in a Mayo Supermac's 3 weeks ago and was served the worst pile of garbage i have ever been served, it was fish and chips and seemed to the manager and staff to be some type of joke, everything was piled into a box despite me telling them we were eating in the shop. i would at least have expected a knife but all we got was a box with chips and fish, no condements whatsoever, asked for vinegar "none" asked for knife "none" asked if the meal could be served on a plate even a paper plate "none". this brand is sinking fast. That goes for management and staff too. Got reply from John Mc today and said this matter is closed as his staff done nothing wrong, so its the same in all Supermac's, ignorant managers and inept staff, ENOUGH SAID, now i know where their training came from. TRAGIC. Going down hill fast. Johnny boy
The food was alright but the service is beyond horrible took us half an hour to get served and had a toddler throwing a tantrum because she was hungry
No milk shakes. Drive thru. Order placed 15.02. Order received 15.16. No apology.
A manger today decided to leave her station and verbally harass me along with a worker as well ,this was surprising as I thought the staff was taught about customer support

I love Supermacs and will always champion it. The food and service are great and I love the aesthetics of the restaurants that have been done up. Great reading and pictures on the walls. My fave dessert is the muffin and ice cream.
Cold fries that looked like they were cooked and left on the side. Chicken burger had no sauce on it. This was in supermacs salthill
Ordered for delivery, missing an item, complained to manager, couldn't cope and she hung up. Seriously unprofessional and incompetent, come on supremacs, you can do better. Gave her colleagues name, Emma, but not her own?! Very very poor.
Supermacs, Mullingar. Food was fine. But with more staff than customers, service was still very slow, indifferent and gave you the feeling, one was ruining their day by placing an order. If it wasn’t for one senior female staff member intervening, we’d still be waiting for food. 😕😔

Was there today served by a foreign lady with glasses she must've counted the chips in a large chips only about 15 chips aprox and the chicken strips were dry and definitely not the five we each ordered There was three of us restaurant wasn't busy but staff member took our money walked away no manners Normally staff are lovely but this was so disappointing I had to go up as she got order wrong for our visitor Very bad value for nearly 38 euros We normally go there and are usually very happy with food and service The manager should be more visible to make sure service and order are delivered properly and correct order and amount

Usually I like Supermac's and have high expectations from them, but I went through the drivethru and firstly they tried to give us a completely wrong order, then when they finally got back with the right one it was missing a dip, missing the fries from the meal, and the worst part: one of the chicken tenders had some sort of foil or glitter (possibly makeup/nail polish) on it.... Disgusting and I've been sick the day after from what I ate before noticing. They also didn't include any napkins and the drink was leaky. Overall just terrible service this time around. Don't think I'll be back

Brought the family to carrik on shannon as a treat , ordered fish and chips, chicken burger meal and two children’s meals, received our food chicken burger became a cheese burger fish was just batter and grease and a very cheap haddock/cod substitute poor all round
