They can get better but not as bad as people say. Eat often there!

Rancid horrible load of shite . The quality has dropped below way beyond acceptable standard in the last frw years but it's to be expected with the imported staff . Never again

Great to see nice clean uniforms, hairnet properly worn, earrings covered with health blue plasters. Very busy, lovely food too at a reasonable price. Kill Circle K service station

I ordered from Daly’s Supermac Killarney the burgers were fine but I got a large chips what I got wouldn’t feed a child and the chips were not cooked they were hard I also got a large coke again a small size it’s a scam I always enjoyed Supermacs but I’d never again step foot inside the door!!! Paying big money for tiny portions

Very rude service, bathroom is a mess no toilet roll, floor dirty, discrimination against teenagers , told not allowed to sit even though we were waiting quietly for our friend 0/5 stars very rude , was the manger at the restaurant, I love the food but the service is horrible please improve , the Manager was so rude to a 12 year old child for waiting

They used to have a lovely Belfast but not any more its gone down hill 😢.

Every single time I use the plaza in Tuam our order is always wrong. We are given wrong food or we just don’t get the food at all. It’s bad when you need to check your order before you leave. Tonight I ordered food and they “forgot” to put 2 wraps into the bag. When I asked for them I felt like I was stealing them from her.

Bought a bacon burger meal on my way home which is 12 km from the Supermacs I used in Ballindine. There is no meat in the burger. Absolutely flabbergasted. It wasn't even busy. 3 orders in the queue.

Whilst we were eating in.... 20th Jan 2025 Schoolgirl customers blatently vaping on the premises (Newcastle Road, Galway). 3rd Feb 2025 A male customer vaping on the premises (Ballyhaunis, Mayo). Just NOT acceptable.

Following a visit to Supermacs Turvey last Friday - Staff, Service & Food was 2nd to none. Will be back👏👏👏👏👏👏

Food Took about 30 minutes. Ordered a snackbox.Not sure where the chicken came from but it was absolutely the worst I've ever eaten

I avoid fast food outlets due to bad experienced...from poor value for money, to cold tasteless food, to cold uninviting outlets! Having disembarked from a flight at Dublin airport I chose to have a snack here before my commute.I was pleasantly surprised at the standard here compared to others. Pleasant effecient staff, tasty hot food ambience and cleanliness

Ordered a supermacks meal on Just eat It was absolutely disgusting Almost raw cold chips and the cheese on top was congealed Never again a total waste

Disappointing, really depends on what Supermacs you visit. Look forward to it everytime we come home but 3 strikes and they're out for us now. Thurles branch, dry overpriced chicken, no sauce on the garlic fries with cheese, undercooked chips. Waste of money, missing items on last order and still not been sorted.

Staff were so lovely and understanding, very fast and food very fresh and hot.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I used to find the food quality to be very good compared to other fast food outlets but lately the food and service have actually deteriorated to a point that I have officially decided not to go there again. I visited their new store in Tuamgraney on 5 seperate occasions and have found service very slow and food has varied from stone cold to tepid. I know 5 times is a lot but you live in hope that someone fixes it.....its got worse if anything. 40 euro for cold food and the place was not even busy. Reading other reviews I now wish I had stopped after visit number 1.

Online ordering Waited over 75 mins for food. Never arrived. Rang store to be told they had no drivers available and had no idea of when my order would arrive. Cancelled order and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Terrible online service

Got a snack box meal and chicken wrap meal at main street ballinasloe. The founding outlet of the supermacs chain. Totally disappointed with the quality of the food. Chips must have been on the hot plate for hours. By the time I drove 2 minutes home both meals were cold and the price was ridiculous. Won't be getting supermacs ever again. Total garbage

Staff not able to comprehend the English language at clonmel store. Asked for festive 5oz about 10 times and staff member could not understand the word festive. Was given a normal 5 Oz Service completely slow. Also on occasion not given tenders that I had paid for at drive through had to return to store to get them. Also when ordering online for collection staff do not start preparing order until you are in restaurant rather than having it ready by the time you arrive for the appointed collection time. Got a taco chip today and it contained no mince. Just chips and sauce. Once waited half an hour in restaurant for an online order they refused to make on time as they were busy.
