$15 Membership scam
I booked a hotel in UK via the wesite. Five days later $15 deducted from my bank account for membership subscription, which I never signed up for. Now trying to contact the customer service. There is no customer service email address. Only a phone number. I don't want to make a overseas phone call and incur the charge. The instruction on the website for cancelling membeship says about logging in the app, which requires a USA phone number. I can't log in because I live in the UK. This is appalling.

It was a cheaper price
It was a cheaper price, but I do wonder who has decided to add the "opportunity" to tip at the end of the process. Tipping is for personal service, not websites.
