Bought tickets that were not delivered by the time the event started. I called customer service and Mike was incredibly rude to me. Offered worse tickets and challenged if they were indeed worse ( I bought VIP tickets and was offered partially obstructed view). He raised his voice at me multiple times, questioned my intelligence and in the end wrote I accepted everything he offered in his note. Compensation was abysmal(which he refused to disclose on the phone but wrote I accepted- I recorded the call), really makes that fan protection useless

Had a great weekend in London for arsenal v Leeds utd stub hub were great to deal with and had my tickets on time for game would highly recommend them to other people looking for events thanks stub hub

I purchased two tickets for the ELO concert in Hyde park but the concert was cancelled. I have tried to contact StubHub but no reply. No refund has been received up to now, it’s a disgrace EDITED I have now received a full refund and have had several calls to confirm this. Much better service now especially from Giancarlos

Stubhub has great customer services and any issues they resolve fairly quickly - unlike other secondary ticket sellers.

I didn’t know Stubhub and researched about its reliability prior to finalize the purchase. But it was totally worth it! After purchase, the vendor was really supportive and everything went great!

I was unable to make the trip owing to flight cancellation. I then tried to sell the tickets. I couldn’t because the tickets were restricted. Of course that information was not shared. Support advised that a request to allow sale would be submitted on my behalf. Nothing became of it and no subsequent communication either. My first use of the platform and I am not pleased. Addendum: AUG 28, 2025. I was contacted by Stubhub customer relations a day after my review. They refunded the original purchase and provided a coupon towards future purchases. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

It was really amazing I thought that I couldn’t find tickets bc there were like 4 days left to the Coldplay’s concert but I found them, this was my first concert in years and you made it possible thank you so much!

A la hora de transferir las entradas, hubo un pequeño problema y todo han sido facilidades, además de trasmitir tranquilidad por parte de Amelie, que es quien nos atendió haciendo un trabajo excelente. Todo ha salido mejor que bien y hemos disfrutado del concierto como esperábamos, así que es una empresa muy recomendable de reventa porque en caso de tener un problema con las entradas te ofrecen soluciones y no pierdes el dinero en caso de que el vendedor sea fraudulento como así sucede con otras empresas del sector.

I had a great experience with StubHub recently. I accidentally entered the wrong email address when purchasing tickets and was worried I wouldn’t receive them in time. I reached out to StubHub’s support team, and I was genuinely impressed with how helpful and efficient they were. The representative I spoke with quickly understood the issue and helped update the email address on my account. Not only that, but they also took the extra step to contact the seller directly to make them aware of the change. Thanks to their swift action, the tickets were delivered to my correct email without any problems. It’s rare these days to get such responsive and proactive customer service, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and clear communication throughout the process. StubHub made what could’ve been a stressful situation completely stress free.

Tried through Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for Coldplay. Unfortunately sold out before I reached top of queue. Applied to StubHub and purchased tickets through them. Never purchased tickets before so was a new experience. My.information was available on my account I set up with StubHub and I contacted them several times as I was anxious about unfamiliar procedure They were polite helpful and friendly assuring me that all would go well and in the unlikely event that I did not receive my tickets they had reserved seats so I would definitely be attending the concert They notified me that the tickets were ready for transfer via ticketmaster and I followed the instructions. Tickets arrived by email and I copied into wallet. Afterwards they wanted to be sure that everything was ok Shall definitely use them again and can assure any newcomer like myself to rest easy they have everything in control Thank.you the concert was amazing

Eliza from the customer service expert team was so, so, so amazing. I was very nervous about the legitimacy of my tickets as I was flying into London to see Blackpink at Wembley. She reached out to me as soon as I landed and checked to make sure I had my tickets transferred. She ended up having to find an alternate ticket to match and provided me with seats that allowed me to see the show from such a great view. I really appreciated how gentle, patient, and empathetic she was throughout the whole process. My anxiety levels were through the roof but Eliza managed to keep me calm, and it all worked out in the end!!
