I was unable to make the trip owing to flight cancellation. I then tried to sell the tickets. I couldn’t because the tickets were restricted. Of course that information was not shared. Support advised that a request to allow sale would be submitted on my behalf. Nothing became of it and no subsequent communication either. My first use of the platform and I am not pleased. Addendum: AUG 28, 2025. I was contacted by Stubhub customer relations a day after my review. They refunded the original purchase and provided a coupon towards future purchases. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
