I searched with the filter on to show final price with fees. But when I went to check out, fees were added. This was a glitch on many tixs as I went back and tested it on other tickets available.
Easy to order, clear instructions and could see exactly where the seat was in the stadium.

I bought Coldplay tickets on Tuesday for Wednesdays concert. Was wary but transaction was smooth . Tickets sent through Ticketmaster everything sent within 10 minutes of buying . No problem at all . Would use again

Easy and quick transaction
This was my first time using StubHub, and it turned into the worst ticket experience I’ve ever had. It started not so good with the price. On the event page I selected “Show prices with estimated fees,” but the final charge was about £20 more. Annoying, but I went ahead. I received my Coldplay ticket within 5 minutes and thought everything was fine and seem it was worth the sacrifice of paying more than double the face value price. The problem was when I got to Wembley at 6:45pm, I was denied entrance at the turnstile. The screen said “Ticket already used.” So , I had to go to the ticket office, where staff checked and told me the ticket had been scanned at 4:45pm, two hours before I even arrived. The look they gave me was basically: this is a resale ticket, this is what happens. So I wasted a 3-hour round trip, extra travel costs, and more time on the tube than at Wembley itself. On top of that, I had the embarrassment of being treated like I was trying to sneak in with a fake ticket in front of security and other people. I contacted StubHub’s chat bot, they sent an email, I sent them the documents they asked for as soon as I arrived home, but got no confirmation. Next morning, I then had to call their helpline, where the agent was polite, helpful, asked me for more details, and he said they'll look into it and come back to me in 72 hours. That doesn’t fix the fact I missed the event, had a humiliating experience, disappointment of not seeing the concert, wasting my time, and my stress of chasing a refund. On another note, it is absurd that Wembley Stadium accepts ticket screenshots, so, it is a gamble to see if a fraudster takes advantage of the system, like it was my case. I do hope that StubHub’s guarantee, is more than a selling slogan and I get my refund. All in all, this was a terrible and stressful experience. I paid for nothing, missed Coldplay, wasted my time, and now I’m left chasing StubHub for a refund or solution. Depending on the solution, I’ll amend or leave this rating.
They have great customer service
I’ve used StubHub both to buy and sell tickets, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, transactions are smooth, and I really appreciate the reliability and security you provide. However, I did notice that reaching your customer support hotline can sometimes be challenging. I’d like to suggest adding an online live chat feature that allows users to communicate directly with support agents and even share screenshots when needed. This would make problem-solving much faster and more convenient.

Smooth process, it took about an hour to receive the tickets after purchase. No problems at the venue.

Lurade sönder oss på 2 biljetter till Drake då vi ej fick våra biljetter trots att vi betalade 3000kr. Inga pengar tillbaka eller nya biljetter då det tydligen räckte med en screenshot från säljaren som såg väldigt fake ut att deras garanti slutade gälla. Slutade med att vi åkte dit bokade hotell, parkering, bensin och drake biljetter helt i onödan. Skulle inte rekommendera till min värsta fiende, extremt missnöjd och kommer aldrig använda mig av denna sida igen

Do not purchase tickets through StubHub. They are a complete scam. They charge your card, and only after payment do they tell you that tickets may not be released until the day of the event, which is absurd. On top of that, they claim that if the seller cannot fulfill the order, they will provide “comparable tickets” or a refund, and that you will get to choose between the two. That is simply not true. I have called multiple times about my refund and never received it. The entire process feels like a scam. Please save yourself the disappointment and avoid these scammers at all costs.
StubHub.co.uk is an absolute scam. I sold tickets on their platform and right after that they locked me out of my own account. No warning, no email, no explanation. They completely ignore emails, they don’t even have live chat, and their “support” on the phone is useless. I called three times and nobody gave me a straight answer. One guy even mocked me, saying it was because I logged in from Hong Kong — are you serious? It’s been over 10 days now. No access to my account, no access to my money, zero accountability. This company is a joke and a disgrace. They steal your time, your tickets, and your money. Avoid StubHub at all costs — they are nothing but thieves hiding behind a website.
First seller was not able to provide the tickets, but you call centre staff were excellent resolving my issue. Especially Vano who secured my replacement tickets…he provided excellent customer service!
Anyone can write a CrowdTrust review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they'll be displayed as long as an account is active.
