My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

Enzo was super helpful in our recent move! The London renting market is insane right now and being new renters we were becoming very unsure that we would find the right property for us. Luckily Enzo helped us secure the perfect flat with no compromises! We are very thankful that we had such an easy transition with his help along the way!

Really amazing service from both Enzo and Emma. Enzo thought outside the box to find us a property when I was just about giving up, we have a dog and it's not easy, he sent us a property that was about to go on the market, and was consistently excellent at communicating with us through the process, an absolute pleasure, no cheesy sales tactics. Just honesty and integrity! Emma made time after hours to open the property up for us on a Thursday eve, I'm sure she had much better things to be doing but was really lovely and patient, even tho I was late (busses)!! She let me have a good look round and didn't rush me! If everyone who is employed by streets ahead is this fab id recommend it!!

How standards have slipped
SA sold our first house after a horrible experience with an independent agent in such a professional manner that we immediately went to them when we wanted to move again. Oh how things had changed - we were left feeling that we were dealing with a used car salesmen and decided after the valuation and hard sell spiel to go elsewhere. Despite signing on with another agent, we were called by SA every few weeks to see if they could “help” The second lockdown caused the sale to fall through as I’m sure was the case with many others. We decided to put any sale on pause. Duly noted by SA who were straight on the phone with a proposition to sell to a developer for a value over our asking price as they had secured property a bit further down the road for the same purpose. We said we would think about it but we had calls every day again with the hard sell, and almost intimidating like some time share companies have been known to act. The pestering continued, we ended up rejecting the offer. Fast forward to this year, we are still in our house, and a phone call from SA asking if we would be prepared to let someone who is very interested in our area look at the house. We decided we had nothing to lose. The family were lovely, loved the house and wanted to make an offer - even though we were not thinking of moving any time soon, they were serious about the house. Trouble was the offer was less than we had originally been valued at - the “buyer” was basing his offer on old data from an online site. Bearing in mind at this point we had no contract with SA to sell on our property, we said thanks but no thanks. The phone calls continued for weeks afterwards, hounding us and trying to pressure us to selling for significantly less than we had originally been on the market for. This agency now only thinks of money, customer satisfaction does not matter and its obvious you don’t even have to be on their books. Will not use them again

Great service
The lettings agents Enzo and Gemma were extremely helpful in finding me and my partner the perfect property to move in to. They sent us properties directly that matched our criteria and were available to arrange viewings for us really quickly. During the process our landlord changed agencies away from Streets ahead, however, they were still on hand to support us with any questions or queries we had. I would definitely recommend using Streets Ahead as a letting agent.

Really impressed with the service at Streets Ahead CP. Enzo was unbelievably helpful and quick in his responses and helped me finalise a really great property. Communication was so efficient and he went above and beyond so thank you for your help! Emma has also been really responsive and helpful in sorting out the admin. Highly recommend!
