Best estate agent
Streets ahead is the only estate agent I have met that keeps potential tenants updated on available properties until they get one. I mean I didn't have to continue searching the internet after contacting them for the first time. That saved me a lot of stress and time. I really appreciate the care and concern I got from Joshua Parsley and Emma, they were heaven sent angels. Without saying a word, Josh figured out my taste. Josh is really awesome at customer satisfaction.

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs
I had the displeasure of renting a property through Streets Ahead. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The property was riddled with damages upon move-in, and despite repeated requests, they never bothered to address a single issue. The worst part? When it was time to move out, they conveniently found every excuse to withhold my deposit, citing preposterous reasons that were clearly a result of their neglect. Their refusal to take responsibility for their incompetence is utterly appalling. Avoid this agency like the plague unless you enjoy throwing away your money and dealing with unprofessionalism at its finest. Shockingly terrible service!

Renting from afar
I’ve rented my house in Croydon for 14 years with Streets ahead and have always received a excellent service. Living a long way away makes renting more demanding and worrying and therefore it is even more important to have a trustworthy agent managing the process. Throughout this long period I’ve been fortunate in always having a very reliable and extremely efficient service from Streets ahead, and this has put my mind at rest that things are being dealt with properly. The service given has always been efficient, friendly and professional for which I’m most grateful. The current Property Manager Abhiram Sajeev or Abs for short, is particularly good and has given me excellent support in all matters. He is very fair to both parties and has a balanced and easy going manner. Both myself and Streets ahead are lucky to have him.

Delays returning our deposit without communication
Overall the company was fine during the majority of our tenancy. However, a poorly managed systems upgrade left Streets Ahead unable to make any payments during the early part of December. This included being unable to return our deposit in the timeframe they gave us. There was no communication made to us initially about the issue or the expected delay, forcing us to repeatedly chase for any information about our deposit. Their incompetent management of the issue has made it unlikely that I would ever willingly work with streets ahead again.

Abs is the best account manager I've had from Streets Ahead!
My experience with Streets Ahead wasn't always perfect but that changed when I was assigned Abhiram (Abs) as my account manager. I felt he truly went above and beyond to service me and a particularly challenging tenancy period. He paid attention to the details and even inspected the professional clean, pushed back when the quality was subpar, and negotiated a re-do. He was also very persistent when we had a tenant who was unresponsive and Abs essentially saved me thousands of pounds worth of headaches regarding the Council Tax. Without Abs' proactiveness would have gone unpaid and the burden would've fallen onto me. During this time, there were many other moving parts and he handled them smoothly; always keeping me informed of the progress. Thank you for your good work and I hope it gets recognised - this man deserves a raise haha.
