Absolute Shambles of a Company!!!

Absolute Shambles of an Outfit!!! Ordered over £1700 worth of goods for Xmas & received the order on 18/12/25… The DHL driver handed me the box & took a quick picture then left! Holding the box I noticed there was an oddly rectangle shaped hole in the back of the box (not visible in his delivered pic as the hole was facing me!) I took pictures of the box & hole then just to be sure & cover myself I video’d opening the box… clearly a wise decision as I did in fact have 1 item missing! I contacted DJI immediately & forwarded them the pictures & video. After getting the dimensions from them of the missing item it surprisingly was around the same size as the hole in the box🤔 After quite a bit if back & forth I received an email today from DJI stating that they have contacted DHL & that they were not willing to refund or send a replacement for my missing item… however If I wanted I can contact DHL myself🤷‍♂️ Absolute Joke! Terrible customer service & after sales! Not the first time i’ve had issues with them either & spent quite a few ££££ over the past couple of years! They have some great products but seriously lack the customer service skills which will certainly make me think twice about ordering directly from the DJI store again!!!

Ik betaalde € 379 voor een DJI Mini 3-drone via de officiële DJI-website en ontving absoluut niets. DHL leverde geen enkel bewijs van levering: geen foto, een nep-krabbel als "handtekening" en gps-coördinaten die niet eens overeenkomen met mijn adres. Desondanks weigert DJI me terug te betalen en blijft het zich verschuilen achter DHL, in plaats van de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen zoals elk serieus bedrijf zou moeten doen. Het is schokkend hoe onwillig ze zijn om een ​​klant te helpen die zijn product simpelweg nooit heeft ontvangen. Na bijna twee maanden genegeerd, afgewezen te zijn en alleen maar gekopieerde en geplakte reacties te hebben ontvangen, heb ik nu officiële juridische en consumentenrechtelijke stappen ondernomen. DJI is formeel in gebreke gesteld en verdere escalatie is al gaande omdat ze weigeren een probleem op te lossen dat duidelijk hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid is. De manier waarop DJI klanten behandelt is onacceptabel en ronduit schandalig. Niemand zou hier zo hard tegen moeten vechten om te krijgen waar hij voor betaald heeft.

Tutorial prima omaggio poi a pagamento

Dopo avere acquistato una action cam mi viene regalato un corso gratuito online del valore di circa 30 euro. Mi registro e comincio a visionarlo. Poi decido che lo avrei terminato in un secondo momento. Al momento di riprendere non mi fa più accedere! Mi dice che per continuare devo pagare. Incredibile. Che pezzenti. Vergogna. Ho comprato un articolo costoso e per quattro video registrati volete altri soldi. Perché non fate un nuovo voucher?

Jamais livré et jamais remboursé!

C'est l'horreur! J'ai commandé une caméra avec plusieurs accessoires et options. Ils se permettent de livrer en livraison simple! Etes vous sérieux??? Pour un tel prix? Le livreur devait obligatoirement avoir ma signature mais pour DJI un simple dépôt on ne sait où - jamais trouvé, est suffisant et acceptable! Sérieux?! Donc au final une tonne de mails avec DJI, avec de robots visiblement, service déplorable, colis jamais livré et c'est seulement le conciliateur de justice qui les a raisonnés. Je ne recommande pas du tout d'acheter chez eux! Ils sont des très mauvaise foi.

Super Service kompeten und freundlich

Montag mittag mit versandetiket kostenlos Rc Plus Controller für meine m30t mit ladedefekt des inneren Akkus nach Ungarn zum Reperaturservice geschickt .kompetente Diagnose. Mittwoch telefonisch über Support Rückruf.leider nur auf Englisch jedoch gleich noch eine Mail die ich dann übersetzen konnte. Und schon war ein brandneuer Controller von ungarn Auf dem Weg per ups.Am Freitag war er schon da.alles kostenlos auch der Versand. Fazit nagelneuer rc plus Controller komplett kostenlos Im Wert von ca 1480 Euro innerhalb von 5 Tagen ungarn hin und zurück. Extrem freundlicher und sehr guter und superschnelle Abwicklung nur zu empfehlen!!!!! Danke an Dji Udo

VORSICHT !!!! Ware im Wert von über 3000€ bestellt und bezahlt. Wochenlang keine Lieferung, keine Info Tel. Ganz schlecht zu erreichen, schwammige Aussagen ohne Klärung Habe keine Hoffnung mehr, dass Ware noch kommt ICH WILL MEIN GELD ZURÜCK!!!

Levering een maand uitgesteld

Ik heb een drone besteld en ik krijg vandaag de melding dat de levering een maand is uitgesteld. Als je niet kunt leveren, dan moet je de spullen niet aanbieden in de webshop, lijkt mij. Als compensatie krijg ik "credits" ter waarde van €3 voor een volgende aankoop. Een lachertje. Update: Ik heb uiteindelijk de order geannuleerd. Dat liep zonder problemen, en ik had binnen drie dagen mijn geld terug op mijn rekening. Ook bleek na een aantal dagen de compensatie opgehoogd naar €20. Twee zaken die mijn oordeel minder negatief maken. Een object wel aanbieden maar niet kunnen leveren, blijf ik een negatief punt vinden. Nieuwe beoordeling: drie sterren

Super Expérience

Pour être honnête avec vous en ayant vu tout les mauvais commentaires sur le site j’etait pas très confiance mais j’ai décider d’écouter mon instinct et commander. J’ai reçu ma commande en 23h comme indiquer sur le site et aucune casse sur le colis tout est arriver nickel aucun problème avec mon produit tout marche nickel. Wish I saw these reviews earlier

Wish I saw these reviews earlier! Been waiting ages to buy the Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, and got the estimated shipping date of April 24 and April 29 for delivery date. On April 25, the order was still processing and reached out to costumer service and they said the item was out of stock, only expecting to ship it early May. Mind you, the website still says the item is in stock! Emailed me to now say it’s expecting to ship early to mid-May due to the item being out of stock and gave me 20€ credit which I’m not gonna use because I don’t want anything else from them and even I wanted, what does that cover? Again, on the website, 3 days later, the item still doesn’t say out of stock on the website and gives an estimate shipping date of May 3rd and May 7th for delivery. I understand the popularity of the product and the shortage argument, however BE TRANSPARENT with your buyers from the beginning! I could’ve bought it in a local store in the meantime as I got a restock alert, but trusted their deadlines…

5 Sterne! Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Beratung im DJI Store im Olympia Einkaufszentrum in München! Besonders möchte ich den Mitarbeiter Robert hervorheben ! Er ist unglaublich kompetent, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Robert hat sich viel Zeit genommen, all meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und mich mit seinem Fachwissen wirklich beeindruckt. So eine professionelle und zugleich sympathische Beratung erlebt man heutzutage leider viel zu selten. Ich wünschte, überall würde man so freundlich und kompetent beraten werden. Drone in their warehouse for a week and still not dispatched

I spent £1700 on an Air3s Combo and accessories on the 20th April, it's now the 26th and it still shows up as "warehouse processing order". I can't get anywhere with help on expediting the order or even getting a revised delivery date.

Awful Service

I'm afraid I have to jump on the negative band wagon here. Utterly useless customer service. They sound polite but I got passed from agent to agent having to explain the same thing over and over. I've still got nowhere! My item was damaged on arrival so did a return form online. Since then I've been waiting for DJI to acknowledge the return and send me a returns form but had nothing. I tried live chat, the +442076603037 number and email and still nothing. Keep getting asked to wait another day!! Anyway I'm putting in a dispute with PayPal now and will let them deal with it. Order: 0448685102117
