Chinese company behaving like a Chinese company.

Surprise. Surprise. Not immediately apparent you are dealing with a Chinese company, which is quite deliberate - they know very well that many buyers simply will not buy if they understood this. In effect this is a form of deception. Your order is coming from China. This will take time. Many buyers were surprised by this. Communication is poor. Returns almost impossible. Quality control is FAR below standard. If you must buy DJi, then at least do so from a U.K. stockist. That way you have U.K. protections and the ability to return faulty items.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Der Service ist eine reine Katastrophe! Ich habe eine Drohne bestellt und warte seit über 1 Woche auf die Lieferung! Keine Antwort und es scheint auch schwierig zu sein, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten!!!

£3,500 rip of. Bad service.

Purchased £3,500 worth of drones via an in app advert offering a free drone carry bag upgrade as a free gift. The bag did not turn up. I contacted support to be told they had ran out of stock so I would not get one. I then challenged why the advert was still live if the promo stock was not available and was then told i ordered a few days before the promo started so did not qualify. Keep in mind i ordered using the promotion banner. Im petty enough that ive now raised a return label request for 3.5k worth of drones. Order: 0446768730311

UNE VERITABLE CATASTROPHE!!!! Un conseil, FUIEZ et n'achetez pas votre matériel sur le store de DJI si vous ne souhaitez pas mettre vos nerfs à rude épreuve. Optez plutôt pour un magasin de proximité tel que la FNAC, DARTY ou STUDIO SPORT qui est le revendeur officiel en France. La logistique du site DJI n'est pas digne de la marque et vous promet une expérience littéralement hallucinante! Dans mon cas ma commande a été expédiée mais ne m'est jamais arrivé. Trois semaines après mon achat, je n'ai toujours pas mon drone. Les conseillers vous sortent toujours les mêmes excuses bidon et vous promettent que l'envoi va se faire dans 3 jours et cela depuis 3 semaines... Je n'ai jamais vécu une expérience d'achat aussi catastrophique sur le net. Mon regret est de n'avoir pas lu les avis des internautes avant mon achat. GRAVE ERREUR! Lassé d'attendre, j'ai demandé le remboursement des 1600€ qui arrivera certainement aussi rapidement que ma commande fantôme... Et le ponpon, DJI vous offre 20 crédits pour que vous achetiez a nouveau sur le store alors que vous venez de leur expliquer que vous n'achèterez plus jamais sur leur site 😂 C'EST DOMMAGE D'AVOIR DE SI BONS PRODUITS ET UNE LOGISTIQUE AUSSI MEDIOCRE! TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE

Größter Bananenladen,

Größter Bananenladen, Drohne bestellt soweit alles gut jedoch nach einer Woche!!! Noch nicht mal versendet. Auf mehrmalige Forderung das ich mein Geld zurrück will wird nicht eingegangen. Produkt mag villeicht ok sein aber Service und Lieferung sind nichts als eine Bodenlose Frechheit. Da kann ich nur jedem empfehlen die Finger von zu lassen und lieber auf Amazon etc auszuweichen

vollkommen unfähig

vollkommen unfähig! akku bestellt und nach wochen mit fedex geleifert und zustellung nur zu "!bürozeiten" wo ich arbeite...hinterlegung nicht möglich und fedex abholung fast 1h entfernt und auch nur zu "bürozeiten" offen! support (ein gewisser ERIN) ignoriert meine anfragen und antwortet immer nur etwas anderes als gefragt! GELD senden sie nicht zurück - bin seit wochen am streiten das ich mein geld zurück bekomme! FINGER WEG!!!!

Top Kundenservice

Ich war etwas verzweifelt, denn mir ging ein Sender für ein Dji Mic kaputt und ich konnte im Internet partout keinen Ersatz finden. Nicht mal auf Dji direkt auf der Seite. Nachdem ich den freundlichen Kundensupport kontaktierte, bekomme ich nun sogar dieses Ersatzteil kostenlos zu mir nach Hause geliefert. Das nenne ich Kundenservice! Volle Punktzahl - und das Dji Mic leistet nach wie vor hervorragende Arbeit. Würde immer wieder dort kaufen.

DJI, crimineel bedrijf. Stelen gewoon je geld.

Drone ongeopend retour gestuurd middels het label dat door DJI verstrekt is, UPS bezorgd het pakket op het verkeerde adres. Foutje, kan gebeuren. DJI dient een claim in bij UPS, UPS keert de claim uit aan DJI maar DJI weigert om mij te compenseren. Ze houden mijn geld én het geld van UPS. Criminelen, een ander woord heb ik er niet voor, doe NOOIT zaken met DJI maar zoek een ander merk! Nu krijg ik vast een standaard deugantwoord over een "relevant team" waar je nooit meer iets van hoort. Ik ben bestolen van €2799.

DJI STORE FAIL: Osmo Pocket 3…

Ich hatte gestern den Osmo Pocket 3 bestellt, nach einem Testurlaub über Xmas muss ich sagen passt für einen Pro-Filmer einfach nicht. Habe so eigentlich alles von DJI, Drohnen, Gimabl... Diesmal nicht bei Amazon gekauft sonder direkt bei DJI. Rückgabe wurde nach den Feiertagen wegen der Überschreitung von 12h abgelehnt nach 14 Tagen.Bei Amazon hätte ich bis Ende Jänner Zeit. Also ich empfehle auf keinen Fall im DJI Store einzukaufen!!!!

Abysmal

Abysmal. Do not buy from here! Got a faulty (leaking - strong nail polish smell which has since leaked all over the bag I bought) battery handle for the Osmo Pocket 3 and they need to “authorise” a return despite me having 14 days legally to return which I’ve requested now over and over and they keep replying with nonsense 1 day at a time. I’ll probably end up down the chargeback route. This is literally illegal. Do not buy from these guys direct. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This is ridiculous. Will be contacting trading standards also.

Ich hatte gestern den Osmo Pocket 3 gekauft. Hat alles Prima geklappt. Das Paket wurde per DHL Express versendet und war nach 22 Stunden da.

Terrible and confusing

Terrible and confusing. Spent £1000. Ordered 3 items. Said one was delivered but I did not get anything. The other 2 said notification was left but I did not get anything and was returned. No contact. £1000 down nothing received 3 weeks later. Customer service slow and bad.

FINGER WEG !!

FINGER WEG !!! Warte seit 4 Wochen auf meine Drohne, Ware wurde nicht geliefert. Nachweislich alles geklärt und trotzdem wird man von einem unprofessionellen Kundenservice hingehalten. Alles angeblich in der Prüfung. Akte musste zur Eintreibung meiner Forderung an Anwalt übergeben werden. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!!!

Ho comprato un drone dji ars ma quando i dati sono stati trasmessi al corriere Brt sono stati copiati male ed è stato consegnato aquel indirizzo che tralaltro e inesistente ho chiamato a dji messaggi mi hanno risposto poiché mi dicono che devo chiedere io informazioni a Brt , io non ho pagato Bartolini loro sono partner e loro dovrebbero sollecitare aBrt ho pagato più di mille euro e .i ritrovo senza niente mi dispiace ho deciso di procedere legalmente quindi attenti ti lasciano da soli

Worst customer service!

Ordered kly more kit only. They insist the successfully delivered my order by leaving it under my doors when I was away from home. Ended up reporting it as scam with my bank. Customer service at its worst.

Absolutely disgraceful

I like a lot of people got told by DJI, If you upgrade to Care Express It will be a fast turnaround, but my drone is STILL In customs.....I'm fuming!!!!!!!!!!

I droni migliori al mondo

Dji è a parer mio il migliore produttore di droni, in quanto produce secondo me gli unici droni che ha senso comprare. Detto questo, io ho comprato circa una settimana fa un Dji mini 3 dal loro sito, il drone è arrivato dopo circa 5 giorni, 2 in meno della settimana che indicavano sul sito. Alla prima consegna il corriere ha trovato la casa vuota e non ha quindi consegnato il pacco, ma lo ha portato poi il giorno dopo in punto di ritiro su mia richiesta. Detto questo oggi ho provato il drone, facile la attivazione è molto utile il piccolo tutorial all’inizio. Non do 5 stelle solo per un minuscolo dettaglio, il drone mi è arrivato con i cavetti di ricarica con presa usb-c sarebbe quindi utile da parte di dji fornire insieme al drone un adattatore usb-c USB, dato che per ora sono ancora poco diffuse le porte usb-c, comunque DJI TOP!!!!!!
