Absolute Shambles of a Company!!!
Absolute Shambles of an Outfit!!! Ordered over £1700 worth of goods for Xmas & received the order on 18/12/25… The DHL driver handed me the box & took a quick picture then left! Holding the box I noticed there was an oddly rectangle shaped hole in the back of the box (not visible in his delivered pic as the hole was facing me!) I took pictures of the box & hole then just to be sure & cover myself I video’d opening the box… clearly a wise decision as I did in fact have 1 item missing! I contacted DJI immediately & forwarded them the pictures & video. After getting the dimensions from them of the missing item it surprisingly was around the same size as the hole in the box🤔 After quite a bit if back & forth I received an email today from DJI stating that they have contacted DHL & that they were not willing to refund or send a replacement for my missing item… however If I wanted I can contact DHL myself🤷♂️ Absolute Joke! Terrible customer service & after sales! Not the first time i’ve had issues with them either & spent quite a few ££££ over the past couple of years! They have some great products but seriously lack the customer service skills which will certainly make me think twice about ordering directly from the DJI store again!!!
