Wish I saw these reviews earlier! Been waiting ages to buy the Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, and got the estimated shipping date of April 24 and April 29 for delivery date. On April 25, the order was still processing and reached out to costumer service and they said the item was out of stock, only expecting to ship it early May. Mind you, the website still says the item is in stock! Emailed me to now say it’s expecting to ship early to mid-May due to the item being out of stock and gave me 20€ credit which I’m not gonna use because I don’t want anything else from them and even I wanted, what does that cover? Again, on the website, 3 days later, the item still doesn’t say out of stock on the website and gives an estimate shipping date of May 3rd and May 7th for delivery. I understand the popularity of the product and the shortage argument, however BE TRANSPARENT with your buyers from the beginning! I could’ve bought it in a local store in the meantime as I got a restock alert, but trusted their deadlines…
