I am really enjoying my course and it allows me to go at my own pace and staff have be understanding and supportive of my needs when completing the course.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Absolutely appauling service! They are happy to take your money but can't provide the service. Been trying to book my practical training for a year. I am now having to take legal advice against the company as you get the same reply every 5 days from the complaints department that they are investigating the matter and will send an update in 5 days. Over a month later I have no had a single update. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I requested a short term extension for one of the units in my course and the Access to HE Course coordinator promptly reviewed my request and approved the short extension.

I enrolled in the Security Management Advanced Course in December and have had a good time learning so far. The feedback given from Jill Edwards, has been very encouraging and drives you onward to get the assignments done.

Very disappointing service! Long short story, I was doing my hydrotherapy course and still waiting for my final placement since June 2023. Had one booked in which was cancelled a week beforehand with no alternative dates provided, only false promises. The last of communication is unbelievable. Took my money but no service provided! Formally completed and still awaiting for anything, the only thing I get every week is an email stating they will be kn touch on next 5 days. This has been going on since the begging of this year.

I've been paying a student loan for the last few years for a course I wasn't allowed to complete. I only had 2 weeks of a practical element remaining but due to family commitments and the fact the training was 200 miles from home I couldnt attend at that time. The college basically disregarded my situation and threw me off the course. When I questioned The Student Loan Company as to why I'm being made to pay for the full course the college wouldn't let me complete I was told to take it up with the college. I then received a call from the college and was torn a strip off and was basically told its your own fault. Taking your money is the main focus of this establishment and not your education. Stonebridge has asked for my details to look into this even though this has already been done hence my review. No further reply from them.

As an employer trying to get a member of staff qualified via Learn direct/Stonebridge has been a terrible experience. Work has not been marked on time, delays after delays no support visits, not able to actually talk to anyone to find out why it has taken so long to get the work signed off. Work gets returned for stupid reasons to be resubmitted with no changes and accepted. there is no consistency and I would never use this company again.

The skills I acquired during my time studying at Stnebridge Colleges have become invaluable tools in my carrer The knowledge I gained and the skills I honed have opened doors and equipped me to face new challenges with confidence. But beyond the academics, what truly made stonebridge Colleges exceptional was the dedicated tutor Jill Edwards who suported and provided me with the guidance and encouragement I needed to truly flourish.

Another very fast turnaround for marking my assignment from Hilary Clark, thank you! This really helps me to stay motivated.

I worked so hard to complete my level 3 Diploma TA course. They passed all my assessments, said I had completed the course, enabled me to download the certificate and now 6 months later are telling me I have not completed my course! They say I need to find work already uploaded (this is over 100 questions to find relevant work). They have added extra work to be completed that was not mentioned in my course at the time of doing it. They are saying the certificate sent is not the official one.

Enjoyed the relevance of the security management advanced course, the questions were relevant to the job, Jill Edwards was always quick at responding to queries and marking each assignment.

I’m enjoying my course at the moment. The tutors are a massive help too. Including the study materials which guide you through your course.

Complete waste of money and time, completed my 1st assignment to then find out I was unable to submit it spent 5 days trying to get support to have the issue solved with no luck, numerous telephone calls messages after messages no help, tutor is just ignorant does bother to even reply!! It's a lot of money just to be ignored, go else where people because Stonebridge are a waste of time try Learning curve instead.

Really enjoyed my course, Drug, solvent & Alcohol Abuse Counselling Level 4, which I have just completed successfully. I have been very pleased with the support and feedback that I have received from the college and especially my tutor, Hilary Clark. My assignments were all marked in a timely fashion and the level of feedback was supportive and encouraging. I would recommend Stonebridge College.

I am happy with my enrollment to study with learndirect as an adult.I am learning many new topics and also making research to support my work. Indeed, it's a great so far.

Find it hard to contact tutors direct. Emails seem going to go to multiple people, being spoken to like a 5 year old when that happens. It is taking too long for tutors to get back with feedback and the same with work being moderated. Due to this it doesnt feel like I can study at my pace which was the whole point of the course.

Having completed a course in 2020 and paid in full via installments the beginning of 2021, today November 2023 I am still awaiting my certificate. Numerous communication emails sent the usual response but still no certificate I would avoid at all costs, just trying to find if they are regulated so I can perhaps report and claim a refund
