Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. What was advertised as a 1-year hydrotherapy course turned into nearly 4 years of delays, poor communication, and lack of support. Theory was delayed due to tutor issues, placements were cancelled last-minute, and I had to travel far at my own cost for an alternative. I passed the theory part of the course and then had to wait 6 months for a placement, which was cancelled at the last minute. I was eventually provided with an alternative, nearly a year later and it was far from home so I had to cover my own travel and accommodation costs. I passed my practical exams 9 months ago and am still waiting for any confirmation or certificate. Would not recommend.
