Took ages to answer the phone but lots of apologies for the wait then call answered very courteously and my problem quickly resolved.

Do:not like the initial renewal letter price is too high however the chat with the lass brought back down to acceptable level
Excellent customer service for renewing our policy, hence 5 stars However, if we do heed to claim, the rating would probably change depending on service received.

They made everything very easy. Had all the information from my previous holiday so it made me feel they would look after me.
Used in the past easy to complete application
It was a fairly lengthy experience as Calib was extremely meticulous with his questions ( as he is employed to do) but he was very polite & patient at all times and hopefully I have a successful outcome .
I had to wait for about 25 minutes at 4.30 aprox. The girl who did not speak very good English, said she would transfer me, but after a twenty minute wait, I hung up. The next girl spoke English as badly as the first. Not very impressed.

Excellent service got what I needed and very good price, took out travel insurance in July and this is my 2nd cover, will definitely keep using staysure
easy to install but how easy is it when making a claim

Helpful on the phone, but I’m still not sure why my renewal quote was £229 higher than if I signed up as a new customer! but when queried they offered me a fair price. I never auto renew for anything and suggest customers don’t necessarily accept the quote to renew without first checking out what a ‘new’ customer would pay. Can’t fault them though when I questioned the discrepancy! I’ve renewed- win/win !
I was querying my policy and unfortunately the advisor was very flustered and hesitant answering my questions I ended that call. I called back later and the advisor was calm and very patient, I do think the advisors should be more familiar with medical terminology, as both advisors really struggled with very basic words.
I left a frustrated review this morning regarding Staysure who have come back to me very quickly so I'd like to say thank you for that and for answering my questions.
