Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

The service was excellent,we messaged…
The service was excellent,we messaged as requested with our eta.They we waiting for us.They helped us unload the transport was ready for us and within 10 minutes of us arriving we were on our way to the boat.The staff could have not been more helpful.On our return they were waiting and everything was great. Our car was waiting for us at the depot. We would certainly use them again.

The staff were super helpful.
The staff were super helpful, location is handy, when you return you are far enough away from the cruise port to miss all the traffic. Drop off and pick up exactly on time. My only negative is I like parking where I get to keep the keys, little point but to me it's important.

The Staff were polite. Courteous,and helpful.they went beyond basic and helped to sort out our car which had a pu ctire ready for us to drive home. We highly recommend them

Excellent communication and pricing
Excellent communication and pricing, best of all the car was kept undercover away from the pesky seagulls! Very precise instructions, welcoming staff and prompt transfer to ship. On return people carrier was waiting outside, loaded luggage and back to car that was waiting outside for us. Extremely helpful staff will definitely be using again.
