Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Excellent service from dropping car at the warehouse luggage dealt with and driven to our cruise ship friendly helpful driver. On return picked up promptly and returned to my vehicle that was quickly loaded up and on my way . Excellent service would thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them on my next cruise .

Reliable service
Reliable service, not long to wait for transfer, on return used 16 seater minibus with luggage trailer which was much more comfortable and spacious. Will use again!

New company with teething issues
Easy to find from instructions given. Friendly staff. I was desperate to use the ladies by the time we arrived and was pointed in the right direction. I was quite surprised with the state of the facilities offered! In our return we waited approximately an hour from texting to actually getting into the minibus to take us back to the car. A little frustrating to be honest and was I formed during the journey that a few people hadn’t turned up for their shift - understandable while we waited so long. This is a new company and there needs to be some improvement but I think our party would try them again due to price. Fingers crossed 🤞 they take on board the comments made.

First class service, drop off efficient and well managed, timing was perfect for joining my cruise. Pick up was so easy, took away any concerns about finding my car and struggling with luggage. Would definitely use them again and would recommend friends to use this great service.
