Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Park and transfer to Ocean Terminal
Great information given prior to arriving which made everything go smoothly, easy to find as well. Car booked in, checked over (video taken) and mileage written down. Cases loaded and away we went . Hassle free. Arrival back at port was just as easy. Followed the instructions given and were picked up within 15mins. Returned to the office, car back and on the road within 5mins. Cannot fault the place or the staff, exceptional service. Will definitely use again.

Easy to book at a good price
Easy to book at a good price, Drivers very good and polite. On arrival all cases unloaded and car taken away for under cover parking. On return two texts sent and car ready to pick us up. Great firm would definitely use again 👍

The location was easy to find
The location was easy to find. Once we were there the staff were very polite & checked over our vehicle with us. We only had to wait 5 minutes for the minibus to the dock. On returning I text to say we were disembarking at 6:30 am & on paperwork it said that they do not pick up until 7 am so we were expecting to wait but the driver was there with in 5minutes. Our car was ready & waiting for us straight away at the office. We would highly recommend Southampton Cruise parking services.

Easy parking option
Found the parking location easily. We didn't have to wait long for our transfer to the ship. My wife struggled to get into the mini bus. The driver disappeared and came back with a stool to assist. He was very considerate. Everything was very efficient. On our return, we had a short wait for pick-up. The car was parked ready for our departure. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

Fantastic service! Quick check in with this team. Car is safely stored and quick taxi drive to terminal. Polite and friendly team. Great service on return. Picked up at 7.50am and in car driving home at 8.10am. Book these for a faultless service with a great team!!
