Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Fabulous service 👏 easy to find, dropping us at cruise ship was fast and driver helped with bags, and return just as easy, a quick phone call to say we were waiting and taxi arrived straight away 😀 would definitely use again 😊

Excellent first class service
Excellent all round. Whilst travelling to Southampton at the start of the cruise, we received a call to check our arrival time. Driver and minibus was waiting upon arrival and having done the vehicle handover we found ourselves at the cruise terminal within 15 minutes. Upon return we were informed of a slight problem with the minibus collection and so not to delay our journey a taxi was provided to get us back to our vehicle. Vehicle was in perfect condition. Fantastic service and we will definitely use again on our next cruise.

As promised our car was kept secure…
As promised our car was kept secure while we went on a cruise. The drop off was straightforward, the staff were friendly and efficient. Even with an early disembarkation the wait was short before the transport arrived. On returning to the office our car was outside for our return in the condition that we left it in. Booking was straightforward too. I use this service again if I go on another cruise.

Great Parking
From the moment we arrived the whole process was great, smooth transition from our car to the taxi to get us to the terminal, takes around 10 - 15 mins to get to the terminal ( mayflower ) and you are dropped right outside the baggage gate, return journey was just as good, again pick up right outside the arrival gate, would definitely use again in November for our next cruise

Brilliant service arriving to be taken…
Brilliant service arriving to be taken to ship… no wait ! Coming back ended up waiting over a hour from first text … absence had made a shortage of drivers plus people got in our cab !! Very polite and apologetic staff who kept in contact with me. Would use them again 😊

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent parking experience we had with your service. As first-time cruisers, we were quite new to the process and were specifically looking for a safe and reliable parking solution for our two-week trip. We had arranged our parking about six months before our sailing date, and honestly, we weren't entirely sure what to expect upon arrival. However, we were thoroughly impressed and very happy with how smooth and efficient the handover process was when we dropped off our car. Similarly, when we returned to collect our vehicle, the pick-up process was just as good. We followed all the instructions we were given, and everything went seamlessly. Just got back from a lovely cruise all…
Just got back from a lovely cruise all helped along by Southampton cruise parking by a great service to and from the ship. Very easy to find the parking reception and was a quick and easy hand over. The way back was quick and without any issues. There was a mini bus already at the terminal for us to get on and it was all very easy and quick on the way to the car Fantastic service
