I’m already in India along with my wife on tickets kindly arranged by Vipin. Yesterday I had news that meant shortening our holiday. I promptly wrote to Vipin who was sympathetic and sent me some options. However I delayed in responding; Vipin suggested I deal with a colleague Dhruv as he was going to be away the day. Dhruv promptly phoned me but by then we got news that the patient was doing well. I explained that to Dhruv and he politely replied that he was pleased for us. The empathy we received from Dhruv, representing Southall Travel ( and from Vipin) speaks volumes about their staff training. Well done, ST👏🏽👍👌🏿

Great booking experience good communication via email etc can’t fault it on that part. Only negative is that they charge to use AMEX payment. Other travel agents I used before don’t charge. That would make me reluctant to book with them again.
