Went on Southall website to book a holiday got a price online then they sent a email the price was then over 2 thousand dearer the reason apparently was that the website was giving wrong quotes and the price was for 4 adults instead of 5 which clearly wasn’t the truth due to the email they sent inclusive of 5 adults

I spoke to Amaan who was very efficient and gave me an excellent quote which I didn’t hesitate to accept !

I have been buying tickets from Southall Travel for over 20 years, today they refused to do a price match even though I have sent them written confirmation from other travel agent quote southall travel simply saying can’t match the price, so i have send a email to sunrise radio why they promoting fake advertising on radio AD 24x7 Southall travel guaranty price match its all fake, they won’t it’s all miss information and fake advertising such a shame Southall travel one of the old in west London, I never doubt on Southall travel until now. Really shocking
