This is a critical review. My parents had an unfortunate experience with this company. For better assurance, I recommend booking directly with the airline. I am very disappointed with this company's service. I have concerns regarding potential fraudulent activities by some employees in their Indian call center using customer details. When I contacted Southall Travel to investigate on behalf of my parents, they informed me that they have over 1,000 employees and could not take specific action but provided an email address for inquiries. While they are efficient in processing payments, they do not appear to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. Thanks to BA. After I explained the situation, they kindly provided a £500 discount. However, still had to pay £2,200 for the new tickets.
