I love these cushion covers! I have 3 cats and a dog and they love to nap on the couch. The covers are a life saver - I just pull off, throw in washet and dryer and they're ready for use again. I plan on purchasing another set in a different, contrast color, so I can change the look.

I was so excited to purchase this item. As I was checking out a screen that I could not navigate out of had to hit the upsell button to get out!! I called within 5 minutes of hitting this button and said to cancel that part customer service via chat said they could not. They would refund me when I received the product. It has been 4 weeks now. I have not received a refund. They keep telling me, oh, if the products are sellable they will refund my money. I didn't open anything! All the products are just as they were shipped!! Where's the 90 day 100% money back guarantee that they advertise null and void, fraud, scam, dirty pool!!! I don't want to buy something from such a terrible company. Don't buy anything from this company. It's a fraud scam rip-off.

Somehow I ordered the wrong color. I ordered jade (ivory) and received grey. I was looking at all the color choices and obviously did not recheck my order before ordering. Soothing Home was very understating and sent me the color choice I wanted. Thank you Soothing Home. also, I just washed these today and no issues. They’re perfect!

The packaging was outstanding. Each item was bagged and labeled making the process so easy to install on each piece of my couch. What the advertising shows is exactly what you get. I chose light grey and am thrilled on how nice my new couch looks. I have a large dog and now I do not worry about my couch. I am 100% satisfied customer.

I really like the covers, they're great! However, the fit of the back cover pillows was a little small for my large sofa pillows across the back of the couch. I ended using the seat cover instead. The arm cover was cute, but a joke on my large sofa arm, so I used a back cover on the arm and tucked it well. I also used a chaise cover on my large ottoman. My Mom ordered a set also, so between the two we got the sofa covered and was very pleased with the overall look once done.

I was sceptical because of the type of sofa & love seat that I have but these worked wonderfully & they brightened up the area.

service good, covers are good quality, I would have liked them a tad bigger, with more cover across the back/under. as my sofa has very big cushions but they still cover well Good value. Would be nice to have the whole sofa covered but contrasting cushions are very good too. Happy!

I made a mistake on my original order and it was altered on my request very quickly. The covers arrived promptly, look good and fit well. I haven't washed them yet. Only weird thing was I wanted to send back the arm covers as they were too small. I was given what looked like a home adress in China to send them to. I enquired several times about how to post them as the website said it was free. They emailed first to say would I like to keep them and get a 50% refund, which I declined. When I asked again about postage they said keep them and I would get a full refund instead, which I have recieved back onto my bank. All seemed a bit odd.

Products were easy to launder and apply to the furniture. I have not had them for very long, so I will see how they hold up after repeated uses and laundering.

We love them. Great for pets and humans alike! The color is great with our bluish grey furniture.

I have 4 dogs who are couch potatoes…these covers are amazing! They really do clean up with a swipe of the hand. I love that they are machine washable. A must have for any pet owner.

The covers are great, easy to put on and look so much neater than throws. They stay put on the furniture. We have 3 couch dogs. Laundering is good. The shipping was fast. Hope to order more for backups.

Great communication from the seller during the shipping process. The covers fit my couch cushions and pillow backs perfectly. I chose the sage green color and it is a true match to the photo on the website. The material is durable and perfect for my lazy dogs that spend most of the weekdays sleeping on the couch. Haven't washed it yet, but the material seems like it will hold up.
