Pray you don’t have to return anything!
Received product promptly, and they are just OK. Elastic is a bit loosey goosey. Also, product measurements are inconsistent. Only 1 out of 3 back covers fit. Website says easy returns. NOT SO. It has been an absolute pain to return/refund! Responses do not come within 24 hours- as advertised. Additionally, responses are circuitous, i.e., they keep asking questions already answered and rehash previous info so it extends the transaction time. I was also offered- after a few back and forths- the option to keep and just pay 50%. It doesn’t fit! Why would I pay anything for that? When they FINALLY sent return ship label, they said I need to send it on the date they put on the label?!? Which was the next day. Another way they try to get out of refunding. All these tricks are a turn off. There are MANY other companies offering exactly the same product (even same ad pics). Many. I found replacement covers on amazon, where returns are much easier. Still waiting for refund after a month, btw.
