Eine Kundenservice-Katastrophe

Eine der schlimmsten Onlinehandel-Erfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe. Nach Problemen mit der Zustellung ging der Artikel an Sony zurück. Sony kannte den eigenen Versender zunächst nicht, dann hieß es, die Zustellung sei erfolgt. Ich konnte schriftlich und virtuell belegen, dass dem nicht so ist. Das ist dann auch Sony aufgefallen. Seither warte ich auf ein Ersatzprodukt oder eine Erstattung. Mehrere E-Mails folgten, ohne Ergebnis, auf die letzte erhielt ich gar keine Rückmeldung mehr. Der telefonische Support ist ebenfalls nicht hilfreich. Die Mitarbeitenden sind zwar höflich und bemüht, aber durch Sprachbarrieren und ggf. mangelnde Schulung oder Befugnisse gar nicht in der Lage, die Kundenanfragen sinnvoll und kurzfristig zu bearbeiten. Ihnen mache ich aber KEINEN Vorwurf. Wer so einen Service bietet, hat ein systematisches Problem. Nach mehreren E-Mails warte ich jetzt also schon wieder auf eine Rückmeldung zu bezahlter Ware, die ich nicht erhalten habe und kann jedem nur von einem Kauf beim Hersteller abraten. Was man verbessern könnte? - Zugang zum Support: Der Weg über die Website ist kompliziert, die hinterlegte Nummer führt zum technischen Support, nicht zum Store-Support - Support-Mitarbeitende: Fragen in E-Mails beantworten statt höfliche Floskeln zu verwenden, Handlungsspielraum geben, um Probleme auch zu lösen, Transparenz liefern = "Ihr Paket ist leider verloren gegangen. Der Prozess braucht X Tage, folgende Möglichkeiten gibt es bis dahin: ..."; bei sprachlichen Schwierigkeiten unterstützen, statt die Leute am Telefon oder in Mails einfach "ins offene Messer" rennen zu lassen

Horrible service

Horrible customer service. Did not listen to customer. Processing order wrongly and blaming customer for their fault. Called support number and put on waiting for 1 hour, then the person claimed to be the "highest manger on the ladder" talked to me with an loud voice, continuously interrupting me, did not read the case or my experience, he was incredibly rude and arrogant, suggesting me to cancel the order and even pretending to not understand me. Terrible terrible service, such a shame to a big firm to treat customer like that.

I bought a TV, and they delivered gigantic electric whiteboard. The process is so slow that it's sitting in my room even after a month.

I bought a 55-inch Sony TV. It was listed on the same price on Amazon, but since the product is quite expensive, I preferred to purchase from the official store just to avoid any potential hiccups. I adjusted my work schedule to be home on the day of delivery. And it turns out they delivered a completely wrong product. 86-inch electric whiteboard. It's not even a Sony product. This gigantic and extremely heavy box has been occupying so much space in my small apartment. Sony recognized that they shipped the wrong product, but they have been extremely slow to deal with this issue, oftentimes by not responding to my email. It's been already a month since I ordered the TV, but the 86-inch box is still in my apartment and I have no idea when I can get the TV I originally ordered. Wish me luck.

Produit reçu incomplet, documents erronés inclus dans le colis, et aucune réponse claire de la part du service client. Je pose une question simple sur ces incohérences, mais on me renvoie en boucle à des réponses automatiques qui ne traitent pas le fond du problème. Infos contradictoires entre le site, les documents et les conseillers. Aucun suivi, aucun professionnalisme. Très décevant venant d'une marque comme Sony.

Pur vero che Sony detiene qualità Immagine eccezionale, è hanno iniziato a produrre tv con scocca metallica , fanno ancora uso di plastica lucida ( scelta pessima ) e loro monitor soprattutto superficie dello schermo non si riesce pulire in sicurezza . La resistenza è inferiore di un CD e supporto in caso del micrograffi Nullo , la garanzia non copre e a quanto pare non esiste assicurazione da parte loro ne tutela contro micrograffi ritenuti usura o danno accidentale. Quindi vendono qualcosa di estremamente fragile a tantissimo con possibilità di subire danni anche dal aria, dal nulla e senza tutela , anche perché è evidente che la fragilità non è loro priorità come anche tutelare se di per se fragilita e un difetto , manuali di pulizia sono presso che inutili se non evitano danni . Quindi Sony e in un bel torto secondo me , e ci gioca sopra il cliente . Se non fosse così Le TV Oled avrebbero un servizio che offre pellicole o riparazioni a 20euro come lucidatura (ovviamente se l'azienda è seria e ci tiene al cliente oltretutto conscia del difetto ) Chi compra TV Sony e a suo rischio ( opinione personale) da un lato può avere soddisfazioni, da altra un supporto estremamente debole e con tanti difetti non coperti o mal spiegati durante fase di acquisto presso negozi. E impossibile rendersi conto prima della fragilità estrema di un Oled TV . Sei pronto avere un prodotto più fragile di un CD difficile da Pulire ? La puoi comprare si se te ne freghi di trovare micrograffi già dal secondo giorno. Per qualità Immagine non si può dire nulla e perfetta , problemi sono materiali del prodotto , pessima qualità!

Your website Playststion is a scam fraud

Your website Playststion is a scam . They let you purchase e-gift cards, take your money and then send you an email tgst says your order can’t be processed . Then you call for explanation and there is none and then they say 48/72 hours before you get you money back . A true scam and fraud . Reporting to BBB and maybe the Attorney General for review of policy practices .

Item lost by delivery company

Item lost by delivery company. No response in nearly 2 days from Sony regarding this. Pretty appalling all round so far. No number to be found to speak to anyone. Next step is to contact my bank to request a charge back. Update: repeated promises of call backs never happened. Had to resort to contacting my back to arrange a charge back. Just avoid them, the customer support wishes it reached the lofty levels of shocking.

Shocking customer service from Sony

Shocking customer service from Sony. DPD "delivered" my parcel to my front doorstep when I was away from home and the parcel was stolen. Sony refuses to accept that they did anything wrong despite their delivery partner ignoring my delivery instructions to leave with a neighbour or take to a parcel shop if I wasn't home. So now I'm down £300 and some yob has a nice new camera, thanks Sony!

Produkt mangelhaft und Support furchtbar

Habe wf-1000xm5 Kopfhörer gekauft, die mir gar nicht gepasst haben, das noise cancelling war mangelhaft. Ich wollte dazu Support, was aber über die Homepage praktisch unauffindbar ist. Für die Retoure musste ich extra ein Kundenkonto erstellen. Und die Bedienung dort war sehr unintuitiv, eine Support Anfrage konnte ich wieder nicht stellen, weil Sony einen mit weiterführenden Links ins Nirvana führt. Das ist nichts im Vergleich zu Passierschein A38. Irgendwann habe ich es aber geschafft und konnte die Kopfhörer zurück senden und warte nun aber schon seit über 2 Wochen auf mein Geld. Auf Anfragen äußert sich Sony nicht. Sehr frustrierendes Erlebnis - bei Sony bestelle ich nie wieder.

metto una stella altrimenti non potrei fare la mia recensione. ma sinceramente vale meno di zero l'assistenza Sony, non rispondono mai, ti tengono con quella voce guidata di m**** per ore e comunque non hanno il coraggio di risponderti, non risolvo i problemi e non sanno nemmeno darti una spiegazione. e nonostante tutto non rispondono ne a email e ne a messaggi tramite lapp. fate letteralmente schifo, chiudete tutto perché tanto comunque ne rispondete e ne risolvete i problemi avete un app e non sapete gestirla

Choisissez une autre marque !!!

Bonjour, je confirme que SONY n'est plus la marque qu'elle était. TV OLED acheté en Juillet 2021 pour 3600€ qui tombe en panne : Problème d'utilisation de la TV comme haut parleur central. Sans aucun diagnostic physique réalisé sur la TV, SONY m'envoie contacter un dépanneur en me précisant que les réparations seront à mes frais. Sans que l'on sache bien sur de quoi il en ressort. J'en ai donc définitivement fini avec cette marque. A bon entendeur...
