Item lost by delivery company

Item lost by delivery company. No response in nearly 2 days from Sony regarding this. Pretty appalling all round so far. No number to be found to speak to anyone. Next step is to contact my bank to request a charge back. Update: repeated promises of call backs never happened. Had to resort to contacting my back to arrange a charge back. Just avoid them, the customer support wishes it reached the lofty levels of shocking.
