I used Sonic-Auto Transportation to find a carrier to transport a vehicle from Massachusetts to Ohio for me. Jack Williams was the broker-agent I dealt with the entire time. He kept me updated as to what carrier bids he had for the job and, when one carrier had mechanical issues that threatened to delay the entire transport, he took it upon himself to find a replacement carrier who accepted the bid and delivered the car the NEXT DAY. The carrier kept me updated as the trip progressed with their projected arrival time and it arrived precisely at the promised time. Mr. Williams was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. I liked the idea of dealing with 1 person rather than having bring others up to speed as to what was going on. The cost was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees or other issues to deal with. I highly recommend Mr. Williams and Sonic-Auto Transportation.

Luke was my dispatcher and Dino was my driver. They were both super - especially Dino at the communication. He delivered on the day he said he would and delivered the car within 15 minutes of the time he said. Very impressed and fair, competitive pricing. I used Sonic Auto service for the second time. The car was shipped from Denver to New York City. I requested that the car be picked up on a holiday, on September 2, Labor Day. Representative Daniel organized the process with no stress or worries for me. The car was picked up on time and delivered to New York with no issues. I highly recommend Sonic. I worked with Paul Carter and Parker, both of them were helpful and professional in helping me get my car booked for shipping from Dallas TX to Cumberland MD. There were surprises and anxiety when the transport company cancelled the shipping at the last minute. Thankfully Paul was able to get my car on another carrier and with the same pickup and delivery dates but at an additional cost. Sonic Transport was responsive most of the time and got my car shipped on time.
