Both my cars were delivered safe and in a timely fashion. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only complaint was pickup wasn't locked in ahead of time. So cars were picked up the day after scheduled.

Sonic Auto helped me get my Mercedes from Charleston, South Carolina to New London, Connecticut. It was my first time dealing with car transport and they made it very easy and understandable. They had the lowest bid offer and Derrick walked me through the process and stayed in touch with me throughout the haul. When asked to meet a little further out than planned, I was given a decent discount for the inconvenience. Overall great experience and would recommend!!

Julio picked my vehicle up on time as scheduled and provided an update during travel on my vehicle since my alarm continued to go off. He did get a flat tire which delayed delivery but he still communicated. Tyler is the best, he help assist me with booking and followed up with pricing. My booked amount was a little more than quoted but not bad.
