I had a great, professional experience with Sonic Transportation and Owen who helped facilitate the process for transporting our car. It was my first experience, but Owen made it easy. He helped navigate a situation with another company. He worked hard on finding a driver even though it was a last minute transaction and stayed committed to the initial price he had quoted. I recommend Sonic and Owen!!

I was quoted 550 from this company, when I called they did all the paperwork, said they would let me know when the driver would pick up the car, 1 hour later, I was told the driver would no longer take the job because other companies posted the bid for my shipment at a hire price on different job boards. So the driver was reluctant to take my order. When I called around I was informed that, nobody would ever take the job for that low of a price, this company is a scam on top of it they should picture proof that the car was actually posted by this company as the starting bid at 800 dollars. They quote low and then raise the price 300 dollars. I honestly don’t know how they have a 4.4 out of 5 google score. I was promised 550. I was never told it was dependent on the driver to raise or lower the price. If a company quotes 550 then it’s their job to eat some of the costs to deliver what they promised. Below is the text they sent me. “Hello, it's Christian from Sonic Auto Transportation. We're all set to transport your vehicle for a total of $550.00 on your preferred date. There's no need for upfront payments, door-to-door delivery is included. Please, feel free to reply to this text or call us at this number. We're here to assist you!”

I saw their good reviews and they gave me a good price, so I booked with them 45 days in advance. They never provided confirmation email or the terms of service by mail. They assured me multiple times by phone that they will not have an issue with delivering the car on time. They called four days before service date and increased the price to twice the original price. Left me in a lurch and had to rush finding other providers. They got agnostic that I was talking to others. The contract is very shady, giving them complete leverage(they can cancel any time, they can change the pricing, I have to pay cancellation fees, they can pick upto 5 days (after service date), they refused to cancel though they could not get drivers at the price they quoted. Once you get caught in their contract it is very difficult to get out, which is why I believe they are unscrupulous

Good service the only thing that I can say negative is the price change from 400 to 650 which was unexpected.
