Jack Williams, the dispatcher was great! He did not give up in looking for a driver until he found one. He stayed in touch with me, updating me until the end! The driver on the other hand was awesome! A very good communicator......

In terms of my personal experience with this company, I am satisfied with the outcome. The process took around a week and a half from when I booked the initial contract with the company to when they were able to secure my transport. Obviously, flexibility is key, if you are able to transport during the week you will have a better chance of someone taking the contract. Further, the more money you are willing to spend the quicker it will be. Generally, the quote they give is going to be a bit lower than what the final contact will be, however, it was not unreasonable. I definitely came across companies that were clearly lowballing the quote, I don’t think this was the case here, in fact in comparison to some of the other quotes I received my final payment was below those initial quotes so I am satisfied in that aspect. I would say that Jack was communicative, he was ultimately secure a transport in a reasonable time and save me the headache of having to transport the vehicle myself. Having never worked with a broker to transport cars before, I think my first experience with Sonic was a positive one and would recommend them in the future.

The car was picked up the same day I was called and and dropped off early.

I worked with Alex Salzer, and he made the transportation super easy…. I was kind of hesitant to move car by carrier …. But it was great and car reached without any issues/damage/scratches. Only thing which was not really well was the pricing part where I was given an estimate of 350$ and on the day I actually transported, the actual price was asked 500$. That was kind of clubbed with my urgency and with the cost the trucking guys were asking. It was still on lower side compared to other quotes I had, so went ahead with it.

It was a hassle-free process. Sonic representatives were quick to troubleshoot and put the customer first. I had an issue with a contractor, and Sonic stepped in and resolved the issue. The problem was addressed immediately, and my vehicle was transported within 12 hours. Again, thank you, Luke and Sonic, for your service and customer care.
