I used Sonic-Auto Transportation to find a carrier to transport a vehicle from Massachusetts to Ohio for me. Jack Williams was the broker-agent I dealt with the entire time. He kept me updated as to what carrier bids he had for the job and, when one carrier had mechanical issues that threatened to delay the entire transport, he took it upon himself to find a replacement carrier who accepted the bid and delivered the car the NEXT DAY. The carrier kept me updated as the trip progressed with their projected arrival time and it arrived precisely at the promised time. Mr. Williams was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. I liked the idea of dealing with 1 person rather than having bring others up to speed as to what was going on. The cost was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees or other issues to deal with. I highly recommend Mr. Williams and Sonic-Auto Transportation.
