In terms of my personal experience with this company, I am satisfied with the outcome. The process took around a week and a half from when I booked the initial contract with the company to when they were able to secure my transport. Obviously, flexibility is key, if you are able to transport during the week you will have a better chance of someone taking the contract. Further, the more money you are willing to spend the quicker it will be. Generally, the quote they give is going to be a bit lower than what the final contact will be, however, it was not unreasonable. I definitely came across companies that were clearly lowballing the quote, I don’t think this was the case here, in fact in comparison to some of the other quotes I received my final payment was below those initial quotes so I am satisfied in that aspect. I would say that Jack was communicative, he was ultimately secure a transport in a reasonable time and save me the headache of having to transport the vehicle myself. Having never worked with a broker to transport cars before, I think my first experience with Sonic was a positive one and would recommend them in the future.
