I shipped a new F150 pick up truck from Denver to San Francisco using Sonic Auto shippers. They were very quick and efficient. They provided me with the drivers cell number for any delivery questions and followed up with me during the shipment… 4-5 days later I had the truck, in excellent shape. I would definitely use Sonic and Mateo again.

We received our truck on time and I feel like I got the best deal to transport my truck. I would definitely use them again.

Don't work with this company unless you are okay with days upon days of no communication, unanswered messages, ambiguity, and unless you love stress. They were pretty decent at communicating before booking with them, but once I booked with them their customer support went to nonexistent, probably because they already had my money. I had a lot of problems with the carrier (his truck broke down not even an hour away from where he picked my vehicle up from, which I didn't find out about for 2.5 days .... it delayed him for a week). This broker company, after being hounded by me for days for a solution, hired a different carrier company, but the original carrier wouldn't turn my car over to the new carrier company, demanding gas money or else .... This broker company didn't answer their phones or return any of my phone calls or messages for 4 days. The second carrier company sat around for 2+ days wasting their time, contract in hand, while nobody at Sonic Auto showed any accountability. I found that to be so disrespectful of Sonic Auto. This second carrier company staff were much more professional and communicative than either Sonic Auto or the first carrier (who in the meantime would not release my car although he had been instructed to by both me and Sonic Auto), and they told me that Sonic Auto has a very negative reputation among carrier companies and they were not surprised to have been stood up by them. I will never work with them again.

I was assigned a driver and was told I would have to meet him at a location nearby because he couldn’t actually pull up to my home. So I had to hire someone who could drive me to meet him at the nearest truck stop so I would have a ride back home. I was fine with paying a person to do this until I arrived on location just to have the driver refuse my vehicle. He said my car would not fit on his truck due to size and that obviously Sonic had gotten the type of car I had mixed up. He was extremely upset as well as me because he had driven 300 miles to pick up my car. I immediately called sonic and informed them of how upset I was and that I needed my car picked up that day. I spoke to a guy and he said he was Ariana’s assistant. I explained to him I needed my car gone that day and that I needed my deposit back. He assured me that the transaction was pending and the charge would go back on my account and Ariana would call. She never called back to this day. Fast forward to today and the charge is still there. I called sonic and the assistant said Ariana was not available again. I had to get upset with him for him to finally put her on the phone. She was no help! Extremely rude and said that I signed the contract and the deposit is nonrefundable if I cancel the driver. I never cancelled the driver. They cancelled me. So I found another carrier to take my car the same day because I was not going to be available any other time to meet a driver. Sonic took it upon themselves to assign a driver for another day and when they called, I said I no longer need your services since you failed to deliver services on our original agreed date. She argued her point and said it wasn’t her fault my car would not fit on the dispatched truck. Well honey it is your fault that you sent someone to pick up my car and weren’t able to deliver the services as promised. She refused to give me my deposit back because I did not use the second driver. I didn’t need him. I found someone else who was able to pick up on the date I needed it. It appears that some fraudulent things are going on with this transaction.

I literally called them right after another shipper quoted me a MUCH higher price after I signed my contract with them over the weekend!! And they were 2 hours away for picking up his car when they hit me with a higher price! I was very upset because my son was flying out the next day! They came right on and picked my son car up two hours later of booking them. Car was delivered within 24 hours of pick up from Chicago to Dallas, Tx!

Great company and easy to work with. After putting my info into a site to get a tow, a million places contacted me and would call or text me multiple times a day, but not Sonic. They gave me the best deal and didn’t bother me. On top of all that, Alex was a great help and was able to work with multiple vendors to get a price I could work with.
